Our top equipped 3-room holiday flat Strandperle with 2 bedrooms offers a wonderful holiday home for up to 5 people. 2 balconies facing west offer sun and relaxation from the afternoon hours onwards.
The in-house pool offers a welcome change from a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.
Walks on the beach, but also in the nearby Kammerwald offer great recreational potential.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and offers approx. 65 sqm of living space for up to 5 people.
The living room has a couch set, 50 inch flatscreen TV, Bluetooth music system, DVD player and dining area for 5 people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and 4-fold toaster.
You also have access from the living room to the furnished west-facing balcony with electric awning. A second balcony is accessible from the bedroom.
The large bedroom has a new box-spring bed (continuous topper 180x200cm), a 40 inch flatscreen TV, a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. It can be darkened well by means of blackout curtains.
From there, you enter the bedroom inside, which is separated by a glass pane or glass door. You also have the option of darkening the room as well as the glass pane and glass door with pleated blinds.
In the second bedroom you will find a single bed (90x200cm), a bunk bed (90x200cm), a 32 inch flat screen TV and a wardrobe.
In the brightly tiled shower bathroom you can rinse off the sea salt.
2 outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.
Your well-behaved dog will feel at home.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.
Directly between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. Everything can be reached on foot. The apartment is well equipped, bright, quiet, and clean. We all felt very comfortable... including children and dog ?

Erholsame Tage
Wir haben die Strandperle für ein verlängertes Wochenende gemietet und waren total begeistert. Tolle Ausstattung für jedermann, eigentlich schon viel komfortabeler als notwendig, ruhige Lage und trotzdem kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Kurzum: absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.
