Vacation with 5-star comfort! This cozy thatched-roof house with 100 m² for up to 5 people is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach at Schwarzen Busch. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with underfloor heating and an open granite kitchen with a counter, a beautiful dining area, a bathroom with shower/WC, a utility room with washing machine, as well as a large terrace with garden furniture, beach chair, and loungers. A play structure is available in the garden for your children. The open-plan kitchen offers you all necessary amenities such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, and microwave. On the upper floor you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with shower, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. A travel cot and high chair are available for the little guests. The Achterhus has a fiber optic connection with freely accessible Internet/WiFi. Parking space in the carport for 1-2 cars. Since 11/2025, the house has been equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump. Further information can be found on our homepage. From the 5th person onwards, a surcharge of €8 per night will be charged. During the high season, bookings only for at least 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Location and surroundings of object

The thatched house is centrally located in a play street in the Schwarzer Busch district. The distance to the beach is approx. 150 m, the distance to the small beach shop approx. 100 m.
You can do your larger shopping in Kirchdorf (1.5 km away). The Schwarze Busch is the oldest and perhaps most beautiful bathing beach on the island of Poel. The shallow water is ideal for families with children.
The spa promenade invites you to stroll and play. A miniature golf course offers fun for young and old. You can get bread rolls and a newspaper for breakfast in the village.

Cancellation terms:

In this case, the cancellation or processing fee will be offset against amounts already paid. In the case of a personal cancellation without a substitute tenant, the deposit will be retained or at least a €50 processing fee will be charged. Free cancellations are only possible during periods of rental or travel bans. For new bookings, guests can only cancel free of charge if the current travel period falls within a risk situation, the federal government prohibits travel, or rental bans are in place. A cancellation by the landlord after the start of the rental can be made without notice if the tenant persistently disturbs other tenants despite a warning or behaves in such a way that immediate termination of the contract is justified. If the landlord terminates the contract for good cause, he is entitled to the rental price minus half the rent for the remaining rental period.
