Description
You can spend a relaxing holiday on a total of 92 sqm of living space. The cosy furnishings of the house will contribute to a successful holiday. You can either enjoy your holiday with your family or with friends. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 6 people
The kitchen has a corner bench with chairs. The kitchenette includes an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV and radio. For an extended and luxurious breakfast, there is a coffee machine, kettle, Senseo and toaster
The bedrooms are furnished in an even, warm wood tone. They are all located on the upper floor. For little holidaymakers, there is a safety gate on the staircase, a cot and a high chair. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, two night consoles, two lamps, a TV, a wardrobe and an armchair with footrest. The second bedroom has a different layout. Here, two single beds with drawers are available for sleeping, plus two lamps, a wardrobe and a chair. The third bedroom (children's room) is similar to the second, except that there is an extra desk
If a family member is showering in the bathroom or just getting ready for the day, there is another guest toilet downstairs with a WC and a washbasin. In the main bathroom there is a shower, WC, washbasin, a mirrored cabinet and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a towel radiator and underfloor heating.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two couches or on the armchair while watching a family comedy. If this gets too warm for you, you can also access the terrace via the living room and sit down comfortably on the garden furniture available in summer. The terrace is approx. 20 sqm, where you can enjoy the sun on 6 high-back chairs with cushions and watch your offspring playing in the garden. A parasol and a barbecue are also included and you are welcome to use them
You can park your car directly at the house. In the garden house you have the possibility to store your bicycles.

The bicycle rental Gäde, the bakery, the localities as well as shopping possibilities are directly around the "corner". The beach is also not far from the terraced house

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the shallow beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.

Great family accommodation
It was an all-around great accommodation. It is not far from the town, it is very close to the beach. It also didn't lack in terms of amenities. From us (parents with 2 children and grandfather), there is an absolute recommendation.
