Description
The approx. 55m² upper floor flat offers space for 2 - 4 people. In addition to the large, cosy living room with music system and large satellite TV, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery.
The master bedroom has a double bed ( x ), a wardrobe and two night consoles.
In the children's room there are two single beds ( x ). For the little ones, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair on request.
In the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, floor heating and a towel warmer ensure a pleasant stay.
The living room leads to the balcony with a view of the dyke from the side.
Due to the beautiful location of the house, you can easily reach the beach, the outdoor swimming pool and the spa facilities on foot. The children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, bowling, mini-golf, Ocean Wave and the ferry pier are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,

Beautiful, cosy flat. For the four of us (2women, 2 teenagers) it was completely adequate. The location was perfect. On foot (5-15min)- dyke, bakery, restaurants, seal station, Ocean Weave,...
Shopping facilities were easily and quickly accessible by car (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, pharmacy)
The only thing I would change would be the mattresses...for us personally they were too firm, hard,...but everyone sleeps differently.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Voll ausgestattete und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung ist zudem in einer super Lage. Vom Balkon aus sieht man schon den Deich, der in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist.
Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! ??

Besser geht immer...
... Insbesondere in einer Fewo, die ja mit den Dingen des auch sonst täglichen Bedarfs eingerichtet sein sollte. In diesem Fall ist zwar ein Handmixer vorhanden, aber keine einzige Schüssel, mit der man diesen verwenden könnte. Zudem sind auch nur Knethaken dabei. Es gibt einen Ofen, aber Keine Auflaufform. Und keine Salatschüsseln.
Es fehlt immer etwas.
Die Wohnung selbst ist toll, die Küche leider etwas klein. Wir waren zu dritt, aber mit vier Personen dürfte es zum Essen dort recht eng werden. Uns hat es also nicht gestört
Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Dörper Weg und zum Deich.
Norddeich selbst muss man halt mögen, vor allem gut mit kleineren Kindern, wir sind so langsam raus aus dem Alter und daher wohl auch das letzte Mal hier gewesen.
