The underfloor heating ensures pleasantly warm feet not only in the bathroom but throughout the entire flat.
On the balcony you can relax and enjoy the sun on the four garden chairs with table and parasol.

For the little guests, a high chair, a children's travel bed with a thick mattress, a fall-out protection (for one bed) and an odour-proof nappy pail are available if required.
