This top-class villa offers pure luxury at a high level. It impresses not only with its great location on the San Carlos Canal with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, but also with its extravagant furnishings and versatile outdoor area.
On 326 m², the house offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the many highlights is, among other things, a private fitness room with water and palm views for your daily workout. The outdoor area with a view of the canal is your personal luxury oasis. Two waterfalls at the pool, a swim-up bar, tiki hut, whirlpool, and numerous palm trees and plants create a tropical feeling in the garden. The pool and whirlpool can be electrically heated. In addition, the villa features a professional insect spray system around the terrace.
On the covered pool deck you can use the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious dinner at the dining table.
The villa has two floors. You can also watch the fantastic Florida sunsets from the balcony with a cozy fire pit.
The living area is bright and offers plenty of space for every guest. Through the sliding doors you have direct access to the pool area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar.
The ground-level master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, sofa, TV, walk-in closet, and door to the terrace. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, large bathtub, two washbasins, and a toilet room.
On the first floor of the villa are the other bedrooms. The junior suite with its own bathroom also has a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 (with king-size bed) and bedroom 4 (with queen-size bed) share a bathroom.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your outings in the garage. The private boat dock is located on the canal. Here you can watch dolphins, manatees, fish, or boats. In just a few minutes, you are on the Caloosahatchee River by boat and thus in the speed zone to explore Florida’s waters and the white sandy beaches. Cape Coral Downtown and Fort Myers with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities are only a few minutes away by car. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then select the boat you want directly. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
