Are you ready to go out with the two of you? Then this unique holiday home in the centre of Veere is the ideal choice!
The house is beautifully renovated and furnished for 2 people, possibly with two children. The living room is spacious and equipped with a comfortable (sofa bed) of 160 x 200, where you can dream about the excursions that are still on the agenda. The dining table is large enough for 4 people and guarantees cozy evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 burner stove, a fridge with freezer and a coffee maker.
On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a cot is available.
On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower and sink, the toilet is separate. The washing machine is available for the holiday laundry.
The car can be parked on the homeowner's private property and is securely parked behind a fence.

In the beautiful harbour, where the old Scottish ships used to be moored, there are now many yachts and sailing boats that offer tourists a beautiful view. Veere is therefore a well-known destination for sailing enthusiasts.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
