Please note that in the main season 2023 (08.07.2023 - 10.09.2023) the minimum stay for our flat is 7 days
The arrival and departure day in this period is exclusively Saturday or Sunday!
Our holiday flat "Michel"; (48 m²) located on the 1st floor of the flat house, with spacious living room, integrated kitchenette (fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pad machine, microwave, kettle), 1 bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm, shower/WC and furnished balcony.
It is perfectly suitable for 2 persons. In addition, 2 extra beds are possible on the comfortable and fold-out sofa bed in the living room
Free use of the washing machine, Panasonic flat satellite TV, radio via TV set, a 1 free car parking space # 4 is located directly behind the house
Linen packages can be booked optionally (€ 19,-/person, only bed linen € 10,-/person only towels € 9,-)
The beds would be or are of course already made up for our guests on arrival in the case of an optional booking!
Max. 2 pets are welcome upon prior request
The windows are equipped with fly screens!
Wi-Fi is NOT available in the flat, but is nevertheless available free of charge near the beach!

Everything in the area such as the main beach, promenade, shopping, restaurant visit, mini golf, children's playground, tennis court is within walking distance
The flat is very centrally located, yet also very quietly situated in a side street, with a view of a small forest directly opposite the house.

Arrival by car on the island of Usedom:
Via the A20 motorway, take the "Gützkow" exit and continue in the direction of Wolgast (Usedom Island), then cross the bridge onto the island, continue in the direction of Zinnowitz, after the village of Bannemin at the next traffic lights turn left in the direction of Karlshagen/Peenemünde.
Then you have already reached your destination.
Arrival on the island of Usedom by DB train:
to Züssow station, change trains there and continue with the Usedomer Bäderbahn to the island of Usedom as far as Zinnowitz, change trains there and continue in the direction of Karlshagen/Peenemünde.
Recommended leisure activities on the island of Usedom:
- "Karl's Erdbeerhof" in the Baltic resort of Koserow, approx. 20-25 minutes by car.
Free admission and free parking on site!

All-round carefree package on the beautiful island of Usedom
We were guests for the second time with our four-legged family member at the Fey family and can only recommend them!
Stephan and Susanne made our holiday at the Baltic Sea a great break:
The well-maintained, perfectly furnished apartment in a central but quiet location welcomed us with a sweet gift,
there were interesting excursion recommendations (both for good and bad weather) both in the lovingly compiled booklet in the apartment and in personal conversation,
our dog was not only tolerated but greeted and pampered joyfully...
every small request was fulfilled by the hospitable couple, who were always available to us when needed.
We are looking forward to our next holiday on the beautiful island of Usedom with its dream beaches and extensive hikes through the green hinterland with our dog ??♀️??

Arrive and feel comfortable
The island fever has caught us. Since we have our fur nose, we regularly go on vacation in Karlshagen. It is the friendliness of the landlords, the location and cleanliness of the apartment, but above all our favorite beach, which attracts us to Karlshagen again and again. Everything here is quiet and picturesque, the beaches are wide and natural. We always discover beautiful new corners on the sun island of Usedom. We will definitely be back.

Summer vacation near the beach

Dream vacation
Arrive and feel comfortable!
A great and fully equipped holiday apartment, which is lovingly furnished.
The location is central and quiet. Everything is within walking distance.
Supermarket, bakery and dream beach.
Very nice and attentive landlords!!!
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
Also worth mentioning from our point of view is the fact that the key handover on the day of arrival took place BEFORE the actual specified time, so that you still have some of the day.

New Year's Eve holiday again anytime
Dear Fey family,
thank you again for the warm welcome and the small gift, we have not experienced this before, we were pleasantly surprised. The furnishings are perfectly adequate, the sofa bed is perfect, the location is unique, everything is within a short distance. New Year's Eve on the Baltic Sea is a challenge, old Swede, so many tourists, but Karlshagen did it very well and we can very well imagine spending a holiday with them again. Super short holiday
We would like to thank the Fey family for their top holiday flat for our spontaneous short break. The flat is super equipped, very clean and has an excellent location. Only a few steps to the fine sandy beach, some restaurants and shopping facilities. A large double bed and a comfortable sofa bed were perfectly adequate for the 3 of us. Quiet and yet central
We were very warmly welcomed by the landlords with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates.
The flat is on the 1st floor, very quiet and yet central. There is a parking space for the car behind the house.
The beach is only a stone's throw away and shopping facilities are within walking distance. There is also a UBB stop, which is a convenient way to explore the island and the beach resorts without a car.
For questions or tips for excursions, the landlords were always available with good suggestions.
We felt very comfortable!

Fewo "Michel" Karlshagen
Wir waren für sieben Nächte in der Fewo " Michel" in Karlshagen. Wir können diese Fewo nur empfehlen. Es hat uns an Nicht's gefehlt, es war Alles da. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, helle und saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk lag auf dem Tisch. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und die Nähe zum Wasser ist ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gaststätten auf der Nähe. Wir würden immer wieder gerne, in dieser Fewo, unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Schöner Familienkurzurlaub
Die FeWo ist super gelegen in 1.OG mit Blick in ein kleines Wäldchen. Zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten, dieser ist lange flachabfallend, also perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern. Die FEWo liegt in der 2. Reihe der Strandstraße und zu den anderen Ferienorten war es hier angenehm ruhig und dennoch gab es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie.

Usedom bei Sonne
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im sonnigen Karlshagen verbracht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist super und die Betreuung durch die Vermieter sehr herzlich.
Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Auch die Reisezeit Ende April/Anfang Mai war für uns genau richtig, man kann viel unternehmen und es ist noch nicht zu voll.

Ein toller Jahreswechsel in einer tollen Wohnung...
Wir sind herzlich in dieser perfekt eingerichteten Fewo aufgenommen worden. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Für unsere beiden Hunde und die erwachsenen Begleiter war dies ein durchaus wiederholungswerter Aufenthalt auf dieser wunderschönen Insel an der nahen Ostsee.

Winterliche Auszeit auf unserer Lieblingsinsel
Schöne Ferienwohnung , die sehr funktional und gemütlich eingerichtet ist.
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in ruhiger Lage und Strandnähe, von hieraus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen und die Meeresbrise genießen. Was uns gut gefällt, sind die Bilder mit Inselmotiven an den Wänden, die dazu einladen die Insel zu erkunden und ähnliche Orte und Motive zu finden.
Ein Wiedersehen mit der Insel und der Ferienwohnung ist für uns fest eingeplant.

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren nun schon das zweite Jahr hier und haben uns vom ersten Urlaubstag an wieder wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für uns perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Mit unserer Fellnase genießen wir einfach am liebsten die Spaziergänge und das Toben am wunderschönen langen Hundestrand. Für uns ein Fleckchen zum Wohlfühlen und deshalb im nächsten Jahr unbedingt wieder.

Es war einfach schön...
Und ich bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Die Wohnung ist klein, gemütlich, mit allem, was man braucht, sauber, gepflegt, mit Liebe eingerichtet, einfach total schnuckelig. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos, ohne jegliche Probleme ab. Die kurze "Einweisung" am ersten Tag war toll und trug dazu bei, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet einen super Startpunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung bzw. der ganzen Insel. Der Fußweg bis zum Strand beträgt 10 Minuten und lässt sich deshalb problemlos bewältigen.
Hat Wiederholungscharakter!

Alles tip-top und picobello, wie immer, klasse Lage, schnell am Strand und doch sehr ruhig, mit Bedacht eingerichtet und funktional, ideal für 1 Woche Usedom. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder...

Schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung
Wieder einmal haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was als kleine Familie so benötigt wird. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Nähe zum Strand total klasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer bei Bedarf für uns erreichbar gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
