Description
Our holiday flat is located in the Dünenstraße on the ground floor/high ground floor of an apartment building about 150 (actually walked) metres from the beach. It is bright and friendly furnished and offers space for 4 people. An extra bed on the sofa bed in the children's room is possible. The flat has a living room, a children's room with a second TV, another bedroom, a small balcony to the rear with a view of the greenery, a fully equipped kitchen and a small parking space directly in the courtyard.
Wifi, children's travel bed and high chair are available. A small selection of games, books, DVDs and some toys are also available. Bicycle and drying room are in the basement, a laundry area in the courtyard.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Dogs are welcome, as long as they leave the upholstery and beds primarily to humans.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located just behind the dune in a residential street close to the beach. You are only a few steps away from the sea or the beach promenade. Several restaurants, the bakery, pharmacy, savings bank and supermarket are within walking distance, as are the hairdresser, physiotherapy or even a Thai massage
Children can choose between the small playground in the courtyard, two playgrounds on the promenade or perhaps the nature conservation centre just around the corner. The wide white beach at Karlshagen is particularly popular, as it is well maintained and the water is so shallow and warm.
Karlshagen has its own children's spa director with consultation hours in the beach chair. She makes sure that children can also experience a lot here
And if it's not the beach you're after, Karls Erdbeerhof in Koserow or the neighbouring Trassenheide with its butterfly farm, amusement park and wildlife will tempt you. Next door at the Bikehotel or at the Guten Gelben on Maiglöckchenberg, bikes can be rented, perhaps for a museum tour to Peenemünde or to the livelier Zinnowitz with its seawater swimming pool and wellness area.
Culturally, when it's not Corona, there is a colourful programme from concerts to party music in the concert shell or in the Haus des Gastes, exhibitions, festivals, such as the chalk, harbour or seaside resort festival, to the big sporting events, such as the Usedom Beach Cup.
And of course there are also sporting activities: on the nearby tennis court, the skate park, playing volleyball on the beach or windsurfing, surfing, kiting or even stand-up paddling on the sports beach of Karlshagen or Peenemünde.
Karlshagen is just the right place to enjoy nature, be active, relax or be entertained - the Baltic Sea is a place to feel good.

Top vacation apartment near the beach
I spent 2 weeks here on a very relaxing vacation with my three-year-old son.
The apartment is very well equipped and nothing was missing. Even toys for children of all ages are available. The short distance to the beach is particularly noteworthy, but also the good and above all quiet location. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Great facilities, very clean, everything was lovingly and detailedly furnished, we felt very comfortable this week, the distance to the beach was about 2 minutes on foot, shopping opportunities like the bakery were nearby. The process from booking to departure was smooth, allowing for a relaxed holiday. Any questions that arose were answered promptly. We can 100% recommend the holiday apartment.

Very nice, top equipped holiday flat
A large, bright and functionally fully furnished flat awaited.
A bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome - a very nice gesture. The flat was clean and provided with some basic equipment. Fully equipped kitchen with balcony, big TV, cosy sofa, nice big children's room with lots of toys and TV, comfortable double bed in the small bedroom and a big enough bathroom with washing machine! - cosy and everything you need is there. Very clever and practical is the hidden storage in the hallway. The parking space is right in front of the front door. The short walk to the beach is a great advantage and the bakery just around the corner also gets 5 stars. The Wi-Fi works very well

Very nice holiday flat
We were immediately thrilled. It is a large, well-equipped holiday flat in a top location!
We were also very happy about the welcome, with a bottle of sparkling wine on the table :-)
The beach is only a 3 minute walk away.
We would book the flat again at any time. :-)

You can expect a top-equipped holiday apartment with everything you need, even reading material and puzzle magazines were provided. A bottle of sparkling wine was on the table for welcome. All residents in the building are super nice. We arrived with our dog and received only positive feedback from all residents of the building. The apartment was very clean. It is wonderfully located, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. We are often in Karlshagen and will try to book these apartments for our next visits in our desired time frame.

Beautiful vacation apartment in a prime location
Family 2 adults + 3 children
- Top location for a relaxing beach holiday -> 3 min walk to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, also a great starting point for extensive bike tours to explore the island.
- The apartment is well-equipped, with everything you need, including a bicycle storage room, washing machine, 2 flat-screen TVs, WiFi, many board games for rainy days.
- Relatively quiet location, a bit noisy in the morning due to car traffic, but not really disturbing.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet environment and is very modern and cozy. No matter which room, everything has been furnished down to the smallest detail. A vacation for two or with family, including children and dogs, is perfect here.
In the area, all shopping facilities are available, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The extensive and clean beach is nearby, at most a 5-minute walk.
