It is a very beautiful and modern, completely and at the same time lovingly furnished holiday flat, which is located only 250m away from the kilometre-long white Baltic Sea beach.
It is approx. 60m² in size and offers space for up to 6 people to enjoy their holiday at the Baltic Sea.
The flat has a large living room with dining area and kitchenette as well as a gallery, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & WC and a large, fully covered south-facing balcony.
The holiday flat can be booked all year round.
And that already from 50,- Euro (seasonal) per day for the entire flat.
--> Heating (all year round), water and electricity as well as 1 parking space are already included in the overnight price!!!

There are a restaurant, a bakery, a pharmacy and a fresh market directly in the House. Of course there is a car parking space. More shopping facilities and restaurants are available in the Beach Road. Ostseebad Karlshagen
Located in the North of the island of Usedom, Karl Hagen along with Peenemünde concludes the island.
The Baltic Sea resort impresses with its beautiful beach, the natural landscape and its quiet and idyllic charm.
In the village there are various shops, restaurants for every taste, several bike rentals, beauty salon, solarium, laundry, banks and a post office.
