Our apartments are located in a beautifully restored, listed Tyrolean house from the 17th century. The individually and lovingly designed apartments combine the traditional flair of past centuries with the most modern comfort. High-quality natural materials and the latest technology combined with the historic flair of our house create the ideal holiday home.
The holiday apartment "Tirol" is completely in alpine style. It tells its own story and thus offers an unmistakable ambience. A very cosy apartment with 30 m² and space for 2-3 people.
The holiday accommodation offers you a romantic bedroom, a cosy living and dining area and a modern spacious bathroom with rain shower. A spacious wardrobe area offers additional storage space
We are convinced to offer you the ideal conditions for a perfect holiday in our idyllic mountain village.
Directly in front of the house you can relax in your private garden in the shade of fruit trees. From here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

Top location:
In winter the Stubaital is one of the top skiing areas in the Alps. Four skiing areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick2000, Elfer, Serles) around our holiday apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily reachable in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus. Bus stop 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find us the ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering and cycling. Start directly from the front door for a leisurely hike or challenging climbing tour. You can safely leave your car behind - it is safely parked in your private parking space in front of the house.

Free cancellation possible up to 1 days before the arrival date.
Maximum flexibility in turbulent times – our current cancellation policies for Winter 2021/22: Flexible cancellation fees for you: Up to four weeks before your arrival, you can cancel your holiday at any time free of charge. If, at the time of the scheduled start of your trip, you are not allowed to leave your region due to official regulations, or if entry into Tyrol is not possible, you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to one day before arrival. In both cases, there will be no cancellation fees for you. The deposit will be refunded or used for a newly agreed date. Otherwise, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
