Location and surroundings of object

A large network of hiking trails runs through the near and far, in particular the hill of Roses, a pretty harbor town, 3 km away. The environment is also a golfer's paradise and offers the Dalí Museum and many medieval monasteries and castles also art and culture lovers nearby Pyrenees invite for hiking and skiing. The exciting city of Barcelona Rambla, Olympic Port, fashion houses, Gaudí architecture, old town and Catalan gourmet restaurants is just 100 km away and accessible via the motorway in an hour. The house has home cinema via satellite with hundreds of channels (incl. Virtually all German and Swiss channels) and free internet via WLAN. The 3rd double bed (sofa) in the living room. It is a strict Non smoking house; Pets are not welcome. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The coast of Empuriabrava and the Bay of Roses is a paradise for divers and snorkelers. The huge sandy beach of Empuriabrava is just 7 minutes walk from the house. Empuriabrava is a manmade lagoon city with canals and lakes, surrounded on both sides by a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. Empuriabrava has a vast shopping opportunities, numerous restaurants, with Catalan, Spanish and French cuisine, bars, clubs, discos, etc.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house is very clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. A highlight was, of course, the pool, which is cleaned regularly.
The location by the canal is beautiful. Unfortunately, the two weeks went by much too quickly.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home from the first minute. The furnishings are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. The beds are comfortable and the capacity of the bedroom closets is generous. You can tell that the owners also spend a lot of time here. The German on-site management was nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The email contact with the landlords before our stay was also very friendly. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in this vacation home and would book it again at any time.

Summer vacation 2017

We spent three wonderful weeks in Empuria. The house is very well-maintained, squeaky clean, and has everything you need. The contact with the landlords and the German-speaking on-site management was uncomplicated and very pleasant. The location of the house is wonderfully quiet.
One consideration would be to possibly permanently cover the terrace (great for Tramuntana or rain). But even just the awning does not detract from the overall picture.
We would love to come back! Many thanks.

Highly recommended

Very well-maintained, clean, well-equipped house with WiFi and a large, clean pool. The boat dock under a palm tree with a bench is very appealing. Very spacious property with a grill and ample parking space. Property enclosed. House amenities: from hairdryer to vacuum cleaner, even a dishwasher and washing machine available. Sufficient dishes + cutlery, pool glasses also provided. Beautiful sandy beach a 10-15 minute walk away. We felt very comfortable. Have booked a second time. Very pleasant, friendly landlords, or nice German-speaking contact family on site.
