A large network of hiking trails runs through the near and far, in particular the hill of Roses, a pretty harbor town, 3 km away. The environment is also a golfer's paradise and offers the Dalí Museum and many medieval monasteries and castles also art and culture lovers nearby Pyrenees invite for hiking and skiing. The exciting city of Barcelona Rambla, Olympic Port, fashion houses, Gaudí architecture, old town and Catalan gourmet restaurants is just 100 km away and accessible via the motorway in an hour. The house has home cinema via satellite with hundreds of channels (incl. Virtually all German and Swiss channels) and free internet via WLAN. The 3rd double bed (sofa) in the living room. It is a strict Non smoking house; Pets are not welcome. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The coast of Empuriabrava and the Bay of Roses is a paradise for divers and snorkelers. The huge sandy beach of Empuriabrava is just 7 minutes walk from the house. Empuriabrava is a manmade lagoon city with canals and lakes, surrounded on both sides by a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. Empuriabrava has a vast shopping opportunities, numerous restaurants, with Catalan, Spanish and French cuisine, bars, clubs, discos, etc.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird.
Die Lage am Kanal ist wunderschön. Leider waren die zwei Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Die Betten sind bequem und die Kapazität der Schlafzimmerschränke großzügig. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer hier auch viel Zeit verbringen. Die deutsche Verwaltung vor Ort war nett und hilfsbereit und die Sauberkeit des Objektes war überragend. Der E-Mail Kontakt vorab mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sommerurlaub 2017
Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in Empuria verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt , picobello sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der deutschsprachigen Verwaltung vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich ruhig.
Eine Überlegung wäre noch die Terrasse eventuell , falls möglich, fest zu überdachen. ( bei Tramuntana oder Regen super ). Aber auch nur die Markise wertet das Gesamtbild nicht ab.

Ferienhaus mit Pool am Meereskanal
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes, freistehendes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Bootsliegeplatz. Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus und haben uns jedes Mal sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit WLAN und großen, sauberen Pool.
Die Bootsanlegestelle unter einer Palme mit Bank ist sehr ansprechend.
Sehr geräumige Anlage mit Grill und großen Stellplatz. Grundstück abschließbar.
Ausstattung des Hauses: vom Fön bis zum Staubsauger, sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine verfügbar. Genügend Geschirr + Besteck auch Poolgläser vorhanden.
Zum schönen Strand mit feinem Sand 10-15 Gehminuten.
Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben bereits ein zweites Mal gebucht.
Sehr angenehme, freundliche Vermieter, bzw. nette deutschsprachige Kontaktfamilie vor Ort.

Geräumiges modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, selbst warm Wasser an der Pooldusche. Ideal mit Kindern bis hin zum gemütlichen Grillabend. Empuriabrava liegt zentral um die nähere sehr schöne Gegend der Bucht von Roses zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Fam. Hämmerli.
