In the outdoors of this property, you can relax in the garden enjoying the views, sunbathe on the loungers, read a book under the umbrella, or take a dip in the 6 x 3m chlorine pool with depths ranging from 0.60m to 1.40m. Additionally, for those seeking active entertainment, there is a ping pong table available in the outdoor recreation area. There is also a large porch, a terrace with mountain views, a barbecue area, and a plot of land with fruit trees to explore and enjoy.
The interior of the house has 140m2 distributed on one floor, and consist of living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, laundry and 3 bathrooms. In the same spacious area you will find the fully furnished living room, dining area furnished with table and chairs and the equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed to cook comfortably. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.There are 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; and the other two have two single beds each. There are 2 more bathrooms with shower. For younger guests we can offer a cot and a highchair.
This nice house is situated only 10 kilometers from the town of Manacor, known for its pearl factory and numerous quality furniture stores. In the center you can go shopping and also try typical Mallorcan meal in one of the excellent restaurants. If you like hiking, you can do so in the called "Via verda", where used to pass the railway to the town of Arta. Today, it is a very charming way for cyclists and hikers.
The eastern coast of Mallorca, cca 20 min driving, is full of wonderful beaches. In Porto Cristo you will find a nice sandy beach, but also a harbor, restaurants and the famous Caves of Drach. These caves will surprise you, by their stalagmites, stalactites and underground long called Llac Mantel. Cala Millor is ideal for having a drink at night or visit the zoo safari, where especially children will enjoy. Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Illot and Cales de Mallorca are just a few examples of beautiful eastern beaches of fine sand. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

Absolutely relaxing and quiet, extremely clean and we had the option to get fresh eggs and vegetables from the owner every day, we felt very comfortable,

It was actually a dream holiday! If you love peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. You only hear the bells of the sheep. A rental car is necessary, however.

The house is spacious with a large private area around, All the necessary amenities were available, The pool, although not large, was clean, The only sounds in this wilderness were the bells of sheep grazing in the fields, crickets and birds, There were no other buildings nearby, Good location for those who have a car and want to visit different places on the island, Returning to this relaxing enclave of silence in the middle of the season was nice, Special thanks to the Host who took care of the comfort of our stay in a discreet - almost invisible way, cleaning the pool and providing fresh eggs in the morning, We also thank you for the welcome bottle of local wine upon arrival and the possibility of early check-in after the morning flight, I definitely recommend!!!

The property is spectacular, with various seating areas around the Villa, It was fantastic as you can shift according to the rotation of the Sun, The interior is incredibly roomy, ideal for the five of us,
