Welcome to Villa Capitana, a charming holiday villa in Ariany, Mallorca, perfect for enjoying peaceful holidays with family or friends. With capacity for 6 people, the house is distributed over two floors and is located in a very special environment, surrounded by an orange grove, which provides privacy, charm and a pleasant sense of peace.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a cosy living room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered porch with a sofa and dining table overlooking the pool.
On the first floor there is another living room with a sofa and television, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool, several areas with tables and chairs, and sufficient space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, in the parking area, there is a charger for electric cars, a very practical extra for those travelling with an electric vehicle.
For greater comfort, the house has air conditioning on the porch, in the upstairs living room and in one of the bedrooms, as well as cold/heat air conditioning, to offer comfort throughout the year. It also has high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for teleworking or enjoying an excellent connection throughout the stay.
Located in a quiet area of the interior of Mallorca, Villa Capitana in Ariany will allow you to enjoy the calm and authenticity of the island, without giving up good access to the beaches of northern Mallorca and other places of interest.
