Description
On the pool terrace with the 9-meter-long private pool, four sun loungers invite you to relax. An outdoor shower provides refreshment in between. Thanks to a solar panel, you can also shower with warm water.
The private property is completely enclosed. Pets are allowed.
You can also use the spacious, covered shaded terrace at the house with direct access from the pool, where another seating area awaits you.
The villa is extensively equipped. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is available for your free use. You can reach the main floor of the villa, at pool level, from the enclosed parking area via a staircase. Shutters and roll-up insect screens are installed on the windows.
The villa can be fully air-conditioned by a centralized ceiling air conditioning system. This way, you can always expect pleasant room temperatures even on particularly hot summer days. For cooler days in the winter months, the air conditioning can also be used as heating.
The main floor of the villa, with a furnished shaded terrace offering a beautiful sea view, is divided into a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa set and satellite TV. The fireplace is for decoration only.
In the air-conditioned living room, a flat-screen TV with German satellite reception is available.
A counter serves as a pass-through to the dining area in the dining room. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and other cooking utensils.
The large bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2 meters). The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
