Description
Our 2021 renovated holiday home with large garden offers enough space for families and groups. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room and the kitchen with adjoining dining area and garden access. Our kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee machines (filter and pad), kettle and toaster. Also on the ground floor you will find one of the four bedrooms and a shower room. The other three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, two of which have a single bed in addition to the normal double bed, so that a total of up to 10 adults can stay with us. Furthermore, there is a second shower room and a small reading corner on the 1st floor.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Langewiese, one of the six Winterberg hilltop villages. The well-known long-distance hiking trail - the Rothaarsteig - runs directly behind the house. Langewiese is a small village with about 400 inhabitants, two inns, a bakery with attached grocery store and a gas station. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lively town of Winterberg and only 3 minutes by car to the nearest ski slope. In Winterberg and the surrounding area you will find a wide range of activities for all weathers and ages. Action and fun are offered for example by the two ZIP-Line tracks, the three summer toboggan runs or the climbing forest. If the weather is bad, the children can play in an indoor playground or go swimming. Many kilometres of well signposted hiking trails offer variety and wonderful nature. And culinary delights are also provided.

Great accommodation
We (9 adults and a dog) spent a wonderful weekend in the accommodation. The entire accommodation was in TOP condition. Everything was super clean. In the kitchen, you found all the cooking utensils you need. The contact with the landlords was very easy and unproblematic. The check-in and check-out were completely relaxed. I can only highly recommend it.

A wonderful house with perfect equipment.
We (4 girlfriends) stayed at the Henders holiday home for a long weekend. The stay was simply perfect, starting with the communication with the landlords, the amenities, the handover, everything.
In the kitchen, you will find dishes and utensils that leave nothing to be desired, the beautiful dining area makes every meal an experience. The living room is cozy and the bedrooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are beautifully designed and offer space.
As for the location, my rating is between 4 and 5, but I decided on 5. The house is located on a road that is heavily trafficked during the week. However, the traffic is much quieter at night and on weekends, so you can sleep well. The fact that a hiking trail runs directly behind the garden is wonderful for anyone who wants to enjoy nature, and a bakery with a small shop is within walking distance.
The house has 4 parking spaces, which is absolutely not a matter of course, but very helpful for us as we arrived from 4 different directions.
We were all thrilled and immediately booked for next year. Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

We spent a weekend in Winterberg with 6 adults and 3 children and were more than satisfied with our accommodation. Prior to our stay, we had very nice contact with the Ollesch family, and all our questions were promptly answered. The house itself was very clean, and there was enough crockery for both adults and children. Dish sponges, dish soap, hand soap, and other amenities were also provided, which is not always the norm. The garden offers plenty of space to play and has a wonderful view. The rooms were lovingly furnished and well equipped. We lacked nothing and would have liked to stay longer.

A beautiful stay from the first moment. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, nothing is missing
The furnishings are modern and tasteful with attention to detail.
We felt very comfortable with the whole family.
The location directly on the Rothaarsteig and the proximity to the Winterberg adventure park offer activities for young and old.
