Description
A whole house for our guests alone
Detached holiday home, 110 sqm, 2 - 8 persons
In the basement is a modern furnished living room with a flat screen TV ( with game console ), a couch set that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people, a seating area and an open fireplace.
The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining room.
There is a microwave, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a fully automatic coffee machine.
From here you have quick access to the terrace and the garden which can be used by the guests alone. An awning can be extended over the terrace. Garden furniture, sun loungers with cushion and a coal grill are available here. For our SMALL guests there is a stilt house with slide and swing in the garden.
Furthermore, there is a small guest toilet and a storage room with smitteln and vacuum cleaner in the lower floor.
In the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with a functional bed to pull out, with two full mattresses
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
2 baby travel beds complete with mattress, a changing unit and 2 high chairs are available free of charge.
There are two car parking spaces and a garage
No parties or bachelor parties are allowed in the holiday home.

We were guests at this great holiday home for the second time over the Christmas holidays and were even able to enjoy a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The holiday home is very cozy, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Mr. and Mrs. Gerke are very friendly and nice landlords. So we can confidently agree with the previous reviews and highly recommend this holiday home. Full marks.

The house is in a very modern, clean condition. It is very harmonious and beautifully furnished. There is really absolutely nothing to complain about. We have thought for a long time, but we couldn't think of anything to criticize. Everything is available, from the filled coffee machine to the dishwasher, yes even washing machine and dryer are integrated in the kitchen. Guest toilet, nice bathroom, great garden, super terrace, barbecue facilities, fireplace included. Wood, flat-screen TV, Wii game console, free internet, 3 bedrooms, everything was great! They even thought of the dog bowls. Bed linen and towels all included. The landlords are very nice, and the stay was completely relaxed! Unfortunately, we couldn't try the delicious nut cake that was also provided for free. . . . . but maybe next time. . . . . . We will definitely come back. This accommodation is truly worth its 5 stars.

A wonderful, modern, well-maintained and clean house where nothing is missing. We have recovered very well in a few days and would love to come back. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We especially appreciated the bread delivery service. The scent of fresh bread always lured us early to breakfast. And the delicious jelly and nut cake should also be mentioned. TOP.

Very nice landlords, who are very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Salzburg.
