THE SUN IN ZEEAND, this classic beach holiday house is located in a very small car-free park.
There are no separate gardens.
The houses are on a large lawn.
The house is situated between two nature reserves.
Between the new Nollenbos and the dune row of Rijkswaterstaat.
You can walk or cycle to Vlissingen [6 km] without crossing a single road
To Dishoek 2 km, Zoutelande 12 km or Westkapelle 20 km.

And everywhere around the house you can find a spot, out of the wind and in the sun or in the shade. In the evening with clear weather, the coast of Belgium is clearly visible as well as the many wind turbines at sea.
Many walking paths and cycling paths on the dunes, along the coast or boulevards on Walcheren.
Vlissingen is a port city and has open sea harbors.
It has been a fortress by the sea with a long history; the many bunkers are visible.
The pilot boats for the Westerschelde are located in the small sea harbor in the city,
There are several sea locks and there is the shipbuilder DAMEN. Many monuments for the victims of the war and museums.

| This holiday home is managed and rented by a small group of retirees. Rentals are weekly, with a changeover day of Saturday. In winter and last-minute rentals are also available per night: a minimum of 3 nights. There are variable costs per week + fixed costs per stay or per day. All prices include 21% VAT. * Administrative fees cover: advertisements, insurance, park fees, parking, waste, and water. + purchasing and replenishing household items such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, paper towels, descaler, new filters, toilet blocks, toilet cleaner, toilet paper, and garbage bags. We ask that you use everything sparingly, as this is better for the environment. * Linen is included in the rental fee: Beds are made, towels, shower towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, dishcloths, work towels, etc. are provided. * Final cleaning - Three filter checks for appliances: vacuum cleaner, extractor hood, dishwasher, - In order of work: windows, wind screen, clearing the terrace of sand, and mowing the lawn. * Internet access for Wi-Fi and TV with all networks. If the parking space is occupied, please call us! There are usually people working on the house. Someone will then come to you. You will have to walk a bit to the house. The house is located at the back, on the left. Behind the house are two old carts for your luggage. Once you arrive, please call us for the house key. Departure around 11:00 AM. We would appreciate it if you would write something in the house notebook! It would be very appreciated! It makes our work even more enjoyable! Please leave everything you have used tidy and clean. - Waste should be placed in plastic bags first. The large waste container is in the parking lot. The waste from all recreational areas is separated afterward. - Waste paper and cardboard can be placed in the paper container opposite the Jumbo supermarket. - Take empty bottles to the supermarket or to the bottle bank opposite the supermarket: Jumbo. - Empty the dishwasher or let us know if there are any clean dishes in the dishwasher! - Take the garden cushions inside. - Just before your departure, please: * Collect all laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily. * Please remove any used bedding. This classic beach vacation house is located on the grounds of a foundation.
It is managed, rented out, and maintained by a number of enthusiastic retirees.
The house is ready to move in: You do not need to bring anything.
Rental price is:
Consists of the variable rent per day or per week
+ fixed costs + internet + energy + tourist tax + deposit
The fixed costs are:
+ Administration costs + parking + waste + parking costs. + Cleaning + garden + terrace + windows. + Rent per person: bed linen, towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, toilet towel and items from kitchen roll, toilet paper to garbage bags,

No further discount can be given here.

Everyone who comes and goes, and the helpers, always really enjoy that. They like to read about what you did during the week and where you have been.
Let us know your departure time in advance because there is only one parking space: then the laundry can be picked up.
Waste:
The large container is in the parking lot.
Please put waste in plastic bags before throwing it in the large container.
The waste will be separated later at the factory.
Do not put bags on the ground, as this attracts vermin.
Bottles + cans with deposit: - please return to the store. Bottles without deposit, paper and cardboard in the large containers at the JUMBO.
Are you missing something in the house or is something broken?
Call us immediately: then we can prepare a repair
or bring an item to the house on changeover day.
That saves us a lot of time and car trips.
Pets are only allowed on request.

Holiday home DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE NO. 12
The holiday home was super equipped and clean. The location is nice; from Serooskerke, you can make beautiful trips to Veere, Middelburg, Zoutelande, Domburg, and Westkapelle. The landlords, Mr. Rob Nagtegaal and his wife, were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to travel on very short notice. We would always be happy to rent a holiday home from them again. We thank the two of them for enabling us to enjoy a very nice week in Serooskerke.

Great week
Small, fine holiday home in the best location near the beach, directly behind the dunes. The clean house offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The nice hosts were very helpful right from our arrival. Also highly recommended with a dog, as extensive walking and hiking trails invite you to take your dog for a walk just a hundred meters from the house, and it's car-free. Maybe it will work out again next year.

A great week at the beach
A very well-maintained house right by the dunes. The equipment was great. Really everything you need is available. Shopping options are within walking distance or by bike there is a larger selection. The location is perfect and the park is very well-kept. My adult son and I felt very comfortable. Our dog too :) Highly recommend at any time. There are also cultural offerings nearby.

Very cozy beach house
The little house is very cozy and practically furnished.
The landlords are very hospitable! !
The house has a fully equipped kitchen. Dish towels, as well as regular towels, are sufficiently available.
We felt very comfortable right away.
The huge sofa offers space for everyone.
The view of the dunes and the quiet, car-free location greatly contributes to relaxation.
In just a few minutes, you are already at the beach. Under the roof, there are two small cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds.
We would love to come back.
