THE SUN IN ZEELAND, this classic beach holiday house.
This house is located in a very small, quiet, and car-free park.
There are no separate gardens.
The houses are on a large lawn.
The house is situated between 2 nature reserves.
Between the new Nollebos and the dune range of Rijkswaterstaat.
You can walk or cycle to Vlissingen [6 km] without crossing a single road.
To Dishoek 2 km, Zoutelande 12 km, or Westkapelle 20 km.
. And everywhere there is a spot around the house to be found, out of the wind and in the sun or in the shade.
Already in winter, early spring, and in autumn, with a bit of sun, you can drink coffee outside.
Behind the dunes are beach pavilions.
On top of the dune there is a beautiful view over all of Walcheren.
Especially when it is dark.
Then you can see the lights of the villages and the cities Middelburg and Vlissingen.
The beach faces South/West and has a magnificent sunset. The sea ships from Antwerp sail close to the coast over the Western Scheldt.
In the evening with clear weather, the coast of Belgium is easy to see, as well as the many wind turbines at sea.
Many walking and cycling paths on the dunes, along the coast or boulevards on Walcheren.
Vlissingen is a port city and has open sea harbors.
It has been a fortress by the sea with a long history; the many bunkers are visible. The pilot boats for the Western Scheldt are in the small seaport in the city,
There are several sea locks and there is the shipbuilder DAMEN.
Many monuments for the victims of the war and museums.

| This classic beachfront holiday home is ready to move into! Everything is there. It's 350 meters from the beach, and the rental includes one parking space (number 41) for our guests. Rental rates: Minimum stay of 3 nights. During peak season, the rental period is weekly, with a changeover day on Saturday. Upon request: last-minute rentals are also available in the summer for a minimum of 3 nights. Included in the rental price: * Internet access is a special charge, as we are no longer permitted to offer a discount: €2 per night. * Tourist tax is €3.55 per person per night. * Energy costs will be deducted from the security deposit at standard rates. * A deposit of €200 is required. The deposit will be refunded after 14 days. The rental price includes 21% VAT. * Local taxes, parking fees, lawn mowing, waste disposal and water, guest parking, * Advertising, and insurance. * Rental of bed linens and made beds. * Rental of hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, kitchen towels, tea towels, and work cloths. * Purchase and replenish items: For example: dish soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, paper towels, descaler, new filters, toilet bowl cleaner, toilet cleaner, toilet paper, and garbage bags. * Clean filters; vacuum cleaner, shower, extractor hood, and dishwasher. * Prepare the house for new guests. * Clean windows, windshield, and remove sand and weeds from the terrace. * Administration fees for the calendar, VAT payment, * Night registration + payment of tourist tax and correspondence. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to: * Please leave everything you have used tidy and clean. * Empty the dishwasher. * Leave the garden cushions and parasol inside. * Please put your rubbish in a rubbish bag and then place it in the large container in the parking lot. The large rubbish containers are then sorted at a recycling plant. Please return empty bottles and cans to the store for a deposit refund. Empty bottles without a deposit, waste paper, and cardboard can be placed in the containers opposite the Jumbo supermarket. Please: --- shortly before your departure: * Gather all your laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily. * Please collect the used beds so we know which ones have been used. The linens will be collected after your departure. Please let us know when you are leaving: There is only one parking space! The linens can then be collected. Heerlijke week in de duinen
Het huis is perfect gelegen: achter de duinen, vlak bij de zee. Het park is mooi onderhouden en de week die wij er verbleven, waren de aanwezige mensen rustig. Het huis heeft alle gemakken on te koken en er ontbrak ons aan niets. Op verzoek werd nog een nespressomachine gebracht( naast de senseo en gewone koffielmachine). De tuinmeubelen hebben we gelukkig goed kunnen gebruiken gezien het heerlijke weer. Er is een supermarktje in de buurt maar ook Vlissingen is vlakbij. Met 2 strandrestaurants in de buurt, konden we heerlijk ‘s avonds nog iets drinken bij de prachtige zonsondergang. Heerlijk verblijf dat bijdroeg aan een heerlijke vakantie. En we voelden ons erg welkom met het bloemetje dat we bij aankomst kregen

Vacation
The house was in good condition, everything worked perfectly. Everything needed for living was available. Communication with the landlord also went smoothly. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Pure relaxation
This holiday home is suitable for people who love peace. The communication with the landlord in advance and also on-site was very good.
Everything you need is available. The location to the beach is great; nothing stands in the way of long walks.
With the car, you can discover beautiful cities.
We will definitely come back; even our teenage children found it nice there.

Holiday home DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE NO. 12
The holiday home was super equipped and clean. The location is nice; from Serooskerke, you can make beautiful trips to Veere, Middelburg, Zoutelande, Domburg, and Westkapelle. The landlords, Mr. Rob Nagtegaal and his wife, were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to travel on very short notice. We would always be happy to rent a holiday home from them again. We thank the two of them for enabling us to enjoy a very nice week in Serooskerke.

Great week
Small, fine holiday home in the best location near the beach, directly behind the dunes. The clean house offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The nice hosts were very helpful right from our arrival. Also highly recommended with a dog, as extensive walking and hiking trails invite you to take your dog for a walk just a hundred meters from the house, and it's car-free. Maybe it will work out again next year.
