Key handover at the safe no problem, as exact instructions were provided by email. Cleanliness I would rate as inadequate for the price of the final cleaning. A remedy was offered to me, but I had already taken care of it since the agency was no longer staffed. Kitchen equipment, in my opinion, was inadequate if one wants to cook something themselves. A proper frying pan, baking dish, coasters, pot holders, etc. were missing. Pots were available, the extractor hood was also missing, so that during and after cooking all the windows had to be opened and the noise from the street was unpleasant. Electrical appliances were available in sufficient form. The cutlery drawer was dirty, so we washed the cutlery and placed it in a also washed pot. A frying pan and baking dish were immediately provided to me by the agency, thumbs up for that! The towel dryer in the bathroom was extremely dirty. My towels were black, which is absolutely unacceptable. The mattresses are very thin, but surprisingly, sleeping on them is possible. The furnishings in the bedroom are old but functional. The internet TV is constantly interrupted. We would not book this apartment at Am Markt 7 again due to the aforementioned points; the location is very central, but also very, very loud, which we were not fully aware of beforehand. The complex is also very noisy. In conclusion, we know Grömitz well; there are better apartments in a quiet location.

In the bedroom, there was a lot of dust, especially in the corners - not cleaned for a long time. Location of the apartment is good but very loud. Sleeping with the window open is not possible.

The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Grömitz. Many surrounding shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The beach is also not far away. The apartment itself is quite okay, buuut... the leather couch is not acceptable at all. The backrest is just an unpadded wooden board, the cushions visible in the photo are not present. It's also a shame that the cleaning lady did not manage to dust under the items that are on the furniture. It is always just wiped around, like on the chrome feet of the furniture, totally dusty. Another big minus, the bathroom door, completely warped. It neither opens nor closes properly. It drags on the floor; I tried to fix it with a washer, but unfortunately, it then hits the steel frame at the top. A carpenter needs to take care of that. Multimedia like Wi-Fi, radio, and TV are available and quite okay, but unfortunately, some common channels like RTL, Sat1, Pro7, Vox, etc. are missing. encrypted and not unlocked. All in all, we still had 5 great days in Grömitz and will definitely come back...
