This cosy holiday flat is located in the Strandburg in Grömitz and is approx. 50 sqm in size. The flat has a comfortably furnished living room with a sofa bed to feel at home.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a large double bed.
The beautiful balcony with seating and awning invites you to linger even in the late afternoon and evening hours.
A new integrated kitchen completes the picture. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
In addition, there is a TV set with satellite connection, a DVD player and a small stereo system.
Internet access via W-LAN and telephone are included in the price.
A children's high chair and a children's travel cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Bed linen is included.
Washing machine and dryer for a fee in the laundry room (cellar) are also available.
The beach is about 3 minutes walk away. Shopping facilities only approx. 250 metres away.
Very central but quiet location.
Parking space in own car park available.

Very central but quiet location. Active and versatile, that is the best way to describe Grömitz.
The Baltic Sea spa is located in the heart of the Lübeck Bay on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast - quickly accessible via the A 1 motorway. Grömitz is one of the oldest seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea. The town of just under 8,000 inhabitants is located on the northern edge of the Lübeck Bay, about 10 km east of Neustadt i. H. The landmark of the Baltic seaside resort is the pier with shipping traffic, which at 398m is one of the longest in Germany.
The marina is one of the largest and most beautiful on the Baltic coast. Grömitz, twice winner of the national competition "Family Holidays in Germany", invites you to linger with probably the most beautiful spa and beach promenade, 5 km long and with a wide, fine sandy 8 km beach, the spa park, as well as many cosy pubs, discos, chic restaurants and cafés, and a pedestrian zone. A wide range of sports and games are available for all ages, such as surfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, beach volleyball, mini-golf, tennis, fishing and two golf courses,
The "Grömitzer Welle" bathing complex, the adventure seawater surf bath, the "Wellarium" sauna and wellness complex with countless spa facilities are all at your service. Grömitz has one of the largest camping sites in Europe, a nudist beach, a dog beach, a beautiful steep coast for walking or cycling.
