Great vacation with snow
We had booked a promotional week with the Stanek family. Everything went wonderfully, arrival, key handover, etc. The mediation was friendly, the apartment very clean, nicely furnished, and quietly located.
Everything around was great, therefore gladly 5 stars. We look forward to the next time.

Great break
We booked the winter offer for a week. The deciding factor for us was the quiet dead-end location. You can still reach the center in 15 minutes on foot.
The apartment was great all around! The week went by too quickly, we would love to come back ??

Cozy comfort is the program here.
We booked the apartment for 1 week at the offer price. The contact with the landlord was completely uncomplicated. Arrival/departure/key handover with the apartment agency was excellent. We can recommend the apartment without reservation. Great atmosphere, we would love to come back. ??

Enttäuschung pur
The vacation rental is not on the ground floor, but on the raised ground floor. This information is missing in the description!
You have to climb two staircases.
There is no mention of the narrow double garage. A parking spot is also missing.
The apartment looks good at first glance. On closer inspection, the dirtiness is noticeable in the entire area.
The base of the floor lamp was covered with cobwebs. Dirt was found on doors, the countertop, etc. The only light switch for the hallway was by the entrance door.
The shower is so narrow that one can barely move in it. A pole with toilet paper and toilet brush holders fell off after two days.
The bedroom has sagging mattresses. The passageway between the bedsides is very narrow.
The double bed in the children's room is almost a third nestled into a niche at the head end and difficult to make up.
On 01. 11. 2019, there was a picture of the terrace with a beach chair visible. Meanwhile, there is only a table with four chairs there.
A dog is only allowed to run in the garden on a leash.
The kitchen radio does not work properly.
All in all, truly a pure disappointment.
There is a physical disability present with us that has made the use of the apartment very difficult.
If the description on the internet had been accurate, we would never have booked it.
Those who do not have any demands may be satisfied with the apartment.
But I can only really advise against it.

Nach längerer Überlegung möchten wir zu den oben dargestellten, doch sehr fadenscheinigen Bemerkungen Stellung nehmen:
Wir vermieten diese Wohnung nun seit knapp 10 Jahren und haben noch nie Bilder im Internet veröffentlich worauf ein Strandkorb zu sehen ist!
Da wir selber nicht in Grömitz wohnen, haben wir uns dort einen sehr kompetenten Partner gesucht, der für unsere Gäste an 7 Tagen die Woche seine Appartementvermittlung geöffnet hat. Auch besitzt unser Partner einen eigenen Hausmeisterservice der kleinere Reparaturen selber kurzfristig übernimmt. Für größere Reparaturen werden umgehend Fachbetriebe im Ort hinzugezogen.
Reklamation können und dürfen sogar jederzeit dort gemeldet werden. Schade, das nach Rücksprache, dieses dort nicht erfolgt ist.
Weiter Punkte auf die wir gerne eingehen möchten:
Ein weiterer Lichtschalter befindet sich über dem Flurschrank im Flur!
Die Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettlaken werden bei jeder Abreise durch das Reinigungsteam begutachtet und bei Verschmutzung gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Die Matratzen haben unterschiedlich Härtegrade und sind keine 1,5 Jahre alt.
Wahrscheinlich wurde das Radio verstellt, diesen Mangel entschuldigen wir.
Das Radio wurde im Zuge der Modernisierung der Küche Anfang 2020 neu gekauft.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Hausanlage mit weiteren Wohnungen. Die Besitzer möchten keinen Hundebesuch durch freilaufende Hunde in deren Wohnungen.
Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Verbesserungsvorschlägen stehen wir jederzeit offen gegenüber, jedoch Verwehren wir uns gegenüber den obigen Äußerungen ohne das eine Beanstandung erfolgt ist.
