The flat is located on the 2nd floor, facing the back, in a quiet area but still right in the middle.
The lift takes you directly from the underground car park to the 2nd floor.
A beach chair on the beach belongs to the flat from Easter to 15.09. Included in the booking.
The holiday flat JB-MeerZeit Wo. 22 is suitable for up to 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children or 3 adults).
The flat also has an underground parking space (no. 22)
The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a cosy corner couch, which can be converted into a sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 people in a few easy steps.
2x Flat-TV, radio/ CD are available.
From the living room you have access to the balcony, where you can linger comfortably.
In the separate bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 1.90m 2 mattresses), a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The bathroom is bright and friendly and equipped with a bathtub with shower fitting.
The separate kitchen offers everything you need for daily life.
In the basement there is a bicycle room for general use and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee) Shopping facilities, restaurants as well as small shops are in the immediate vicinity.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away (approx. 400m)
Minimum rental period 7 days. Exception for periods of less than 7 days.
Please understand that this holiday accommodation is a non-smoking apartment
(on the balcony of course allowed).
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed.

Only approx. 400m from the beach/sea bridge.

Take a walk along the marina or the pier and get to know Grömitz better. Special attractions include the diving gondola, the Grömitzer Welle for water rats and wellness fans and the Arche Noah zoo. But there are also excursion destinations worth seeing in the surrounding area.

Great vacation apartment
Super central and well-equipped holiday apartment. We didn't miss anything. Modernly furnished, and enough space for two adults with two children. Very nice and child-friendly landlord. We can recommend the apartment 100%.

Modern furnishings, very clean, very friendly reception, always happy to come back ;-)
The apartment has a very good location. Short distances to the bakery, the city center, and the beach promenade. There is a parking space for this lovely apartment and an elevator. We were personally welcomed by the owner, which we found very nice. The apartment was very pretty and modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again!
