Relaxing week

We spent a wonderful week in the holiday apartment Nordlicht. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The mattresses in the bed were just right for us, so we had really restful nights. The location was perfect for us. Beautifully situated on the edge of the development and yet quickly accessible everywhere. The landlords were very friendly and nice. Always approachable but in no way intrusive. So really recommended and since we certainly have not visited Norddeich for the last time as a little break, we will definitely rent the apartment again.

For the 4th time, we were guests at the Yalcin family's place and it certainly won't be the last time. From booking to the end, simply great service/contact. The Yalcin family is always accessible and helpful with any questions. The apartment is really cozy and lovingly furnished. Everything is very clean. The bathroom is really spacious - in short: you feel at home. We can absolutely recommend this vacation rental and would love to come back ourselves. You can also easily rent the neighboring apartment to have a shared holiday "practically in one house" even with bigger families - that's what we did.

Simply Feeling Good

Here you simply feel at home. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The apartment "Nordlicht mit Balkon" is very nicely furnished and super clean. Actually, you don't need a car here. The "Netto" supermarket is about an 8-minute walk away. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach. It's very relaxing to live here. I would love to come back here.

Schöner Urlaub

The holiday apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the beach. It was very clean, and the facilities are good. We had a great holiday, as agreed, we were provided with a cot and a high chair for the child. The only downside is that the house is quite noisy.

Back home with the Yalcin family.

We have now been to the Yalcin family's House Sonneneck 8 times. We feel very comfortable, it's always like being at home. The children have grown so much :-)

We had two wonderful weeks, the weather was great. We really enjoyed it. We went for many walks and were able to rent bikes again, so we were mobile for our bike tours. Regarding the apartment:
We only know the cleanliness of the apartment, always tip-top.
All shops in the nearby area can also be reached on foot. Netto and a bakery where you always get a delicious piece of cake.

Woche zum Entspannen

We were guests at Fam Yalcin's once again. It was, as always, a week to relax and unwind. The apartments in the house are all excellent (this time it was the Nordlicht), very clean and well-equipped. And the hosts, Fam. Yalcin, welcome their guests very warmly. They also take care of the well-being in between and there is always time for a conversation with or without coffee/tea.
The house is quiet but central. Everything is easily reachable on foot, beach, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. Repeat guaranteed.

We were there for the second time. The first time we had the flat in the attic and this time on the 1st floor. The flat is very clean and fully equipped. There is nothing missing! Everything is there. The flats are also tastefully furnished. The location is very quiet and yet it is not far to walk to the beach. There is a beach patt right around the corner where you walk about 10 minutes to the sea. This patt leads through the spa park and past the seal station, the Ocean Wave (also recommended!) and the wave park. There is a small lookout tower at the beach near the Haus des Gastes. The family who rent out the holiday flat are very hospitable! We felt very comfortable again and it wasn't the last time we were there. Simply a beautiful corner to relax!

Perfect week!

On the day of our arrival, we were welcomed by our very nice hosts, who also live in the house. We had booked the Windlicht holiday flat in advance. When we were handed over, we found a good and very well-maintained accommodation. This applies to the entire property. The parking space right in front of the house is very practical. The house itself is in a quiet location, but you can still get to the public road network quickly. The promenade and the beach of Norddeich are within easy walking distance. A must as an excursion destination is Greetsiel (eat ice cream). You should also plan a visit to the Fisherman restaurant in Norden. All in all, we had a sunny, perfect week with wonderful hosts. So we can heartily recommend this accommodation.

We were a young couple, 19-22 years old, staying at Haus Sonneneck for the first time in Norddeich.
We liked it very much, we had great weather
Super nice clean flat, nothing was missing at all.
We were very warmly welcomed by the family, our suitcases were unpacked and off to the beach, so we enjoyed our holiday to the full.
We could borrow bicycles from the family and thus visit Greetsiel and the other places.

We are already coming to the Haus Sonneneck at the Yalcin family for the seventh time. We are a couple in our 70s. Upon arrival, we are warmly welcomed by the family and children who are very dear to us. Our little family in Norddeich. Before we move into the apartment, coffee and cake are already waiting. The apartment is as always very clean and thorough, but we wouldn't expect anything less from Aysel and Edip. We had another great week, with great weather. We have been coming to the Sonneneck house with the Yalcin family for many years. As always, we were welcomed warmly and like family. The contact with the family is very heartfelt.

Super Urlaub

We stayed for 5 days at Haus Sonneneck in the apartment Nordlicht. The apartment was exactly as described on the internet, even more beautiful. It was very clean, four thumbs up for that. We were able to enjoy the great, warm weather on the balcony. The arrival was very friendly and warm from the family. We were immediately invited to stay for coffee.
In the morning, I borrowed a bicycle from the family to get some bread rolls at Netto, about 250m away. Additional shopping options are also available in the vicinity.
Very family-friendly and helpful, and it's great that the Yalcin family lives on site.
Our next vacation has already been discussed with the Yalcin family.
We can only recommend them.

Great apartment + great weather

We moved into a very nice and well-maintained apartment in Sonneneck.

The welcome from the landlords was warm.
They were sitting in front of the house drinking coffee.
So we were immediately invited to have a cup with them.

We were also able to rent bicycles for a fee, which made us mobile and allowed us to enjoy the great weather to the fullest.
One day, we went to Norderney, which I can highly recommend.

There are shopping opportunities all around. Because the Netto Markt can also be reached on foot.

We were very impressed with the Nordlicht apartment with balcony.
A spacious, bright, beautiful, and very clean apartment.

We were able to borrow bicycles from the landlord's family on-site, so we could leave the car behind.

Shopping facilities were also not far away.
They were easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Netto, Aldi, Lidl, everything was available in the town. Reception from the Yalcin family was very friendly and open right away.

We can highly recommend the Sonneneck house and the Yalcin family. You are in very good hands there.

Sehr begeistert von der Wohnung

We were very excited about the Northern Lights apartment with balcony.
The apartment was beautifully spacious, bright, modern, and above all, the cleanliness that caught our attention.

Top, we can only say :)

We had a lovely 4 days.
The peace we needed
Since we are not carnival fans.

We can only recommend it further.

Beautiful, very bright and spacious apartment

We went to Norddeich for the first time and we really enjoyed it. We wanted to escape the Christmas stress.

The contact with the landlord was over the phone, it was a very pleasant conversation with the Yalcin family.

The family also offered to pick us up from Norddeich-Mole train station.

The apartment was centrally located near the Netto market and the bakery, and we could also borrow the landlords' bicycles. Regarding the apartment Nordlicht with balcony, I can only say:
a huge compliment for the cleanliness of the landlords.

We had unfortunately forgotten our towels, so we went down to the landlord, who then immediately gave us towels.

The family is very nice and friendly, always had 5 minutes for a chat.

We will definitely come back.
