The well-kept holiday flat " Windlicht 2. Dachgeschoss " offers space for 2 persons on 40 sqm and is located in a new building in Norddeich
is located in a new building in Norddeich, built in 2004, has NO BALCONY
The holiday flat is very modern and comfortably furnished, so that you can really feel at home on holiday.
The chic holiday flat is approx. 900m from the beach, centrally located in a quiet area of Norddeich.

The flat " Windlicht 2. Dachgeschoss " with terrace use (is downstairs) was furnished with much love to the details.
The flat offers 40 square metres of space for 2 persons.
In the living-kitchen area there is a cosy sofa bed with a further sleeping possibility.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you a cooker with oven and 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, so everything that belongs to a well-functioning kitchen equipment.
So you can have your meals right in the living-kitchen area
In the living area there is a satellite TV and a radio.
Cosy and relaxing nights are offered by the double bed 160 x 200m in the bedroom as well as a wardrobe for your clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Hairdryer is available.
Our holiday flat is cleaned by us independently and very clean and handed over to our holiday guests.
If required, a baby travel cot and high chair are immediately available
The whole house is a non-smoking holiday home
A car parking space is directly at the house

Norddeich offers a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, go on a mudflat hike, surf, kite, sail or sail.
You can also pamper yourself with the extensive spa and wellness facilities and simply relax on the beach.
The East Frisian surroundings invite you to go for walks and bicycle tours.
The nearby towns and villages are also worth a visit.
For example, Norden and the Ludgeri church, the numerous museums and the pedestrian zone, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour.

It was very nice again at House Sonneneck.
I have never stayed in a vacation apartment that was as perfectly clean as the 'Windlicht' apartment. The landlords are super friendly, even helping to carry luggage upstairs and practically fulfilling every wish. The accommodation is very quiet on a side street but still very central. There are private parking spaces in front of the door, and you are even allowed to store your bicycle in the garage for free.

Beautiful rooftop apartment for 2 to 3 people.
Very nicely furnished rooftop apartment.

Great landlords and great apartment.
We have now been at the Yalcin family’s vacation apartment for the second time and were very satisfied again. The family is great, super nice, and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and very clean. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to the next visit.

Excellent stay in the holiday apartment Sonneneck
I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonneneck holiday apartment for professional reasons, and it was an excellent choice. The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also perfectly equipped to relax after a long work day. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly landlady, Aysel. Her great hospitality and warm manner made my stay especially pleasant. She was always helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend the Sonneneck holiday apartment to everyone and will definitely stay here again on my next business trip!
