The well-kept holiday flat " Windlicht 2. Dachgeschoss " offers space for 2 persons on 40 sqm and is located in a new building in Norddeich
is located in a new building in Norddeich, built in 2004, has NO BALCONY
The holiday flat is very modern and comfortably furnished, so that you can really feel at home on holiday.
The chic holiday flat is approx. 900m from the beach, centrally located in a quiet area of Norddeich.

The flat " Windlicht 2. Dachgeschoss " with terrace use (is downstairs) was furnished with much love to the details.
The flat offers 40 square metres of space for 2 persons.
In the living-kitchen area there is a cosy sofa bed with a further sleeping possibility.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you a cooker with oven and 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, so everything that belongs to a well-functioning kitchen equipment.
So you can have your meals right in the living-kitchen area
In the living area there is a satellite TV and a radio.
Cosy and relaxing nights are offered by the double bed 160 x 200m in the bedroom as well as a wardrobe for your clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Hairdryer is available.
Our holiday flat is cleaned by us independently and very clean and handed over to our holiday guests.
If required, a baby travel cot and high chair are immediately available
The whole house is a non-smoking holiday home
A car parking space is directly at the house

Norddeich offers a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, go on a mudflat hike, surf, kite, sail or sail.
You can also pamper yourself with the extensive spa and wellness facilities and simply relax on the beach.
The East Frisian surroundings invite you to go for walks and bicycle tours.
The nearby towns and villages are also worth a visit.

Great apartment, great landlord.
The apartment is small, but it has everything you need and is spacious enough for 2 people. Additionally, the apartment was super clean upon arrival! We felt comfortable right away.
The landlords are super nice and also gave us some tips (for shopping, trips, directions, etc.).
The apartment is located in a quiet area, but still centrally.
We would love to come back.

: Relaxing beautiful vacation
We stayed at Haus Sonneneck for the fourth time. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The apartment is cozy and clean. Quiet location, yet centrally located. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Sehr gerne wieder!!!
War dieses Jahr schon das vierte Mal bei Familie Yalcin, mittlerweile ist es schon zu einem sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis gekommen! Würde in Norddeich keine andere Unterkunft suchen, hier hab ich alles was man braucht um entspannt Urlaub zu machen! Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

Ein absolut gelungener toller Urlaub
Wir haben kurzfristig telefonisch die Ferienwohnung Windlicht 2 im DG bei Familie Yalcin in Norddeich gebucht. Der erste telefonische Eindruck war schon sehr ansprechend.
Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem blitzsauberen und ordentlichen Zustand und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.
Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns insoweit schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Super Urlaub

Tolle Wohnung
Ich war mit meinem Sohn in den Herbstferien in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns super gefallen, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe vorhanden. Bis zur Nordsee ist man ebenfalls in ca 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein toller Minigolfplatz ist ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und die Familie Yalcin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr günstig. Ich würde mit meinem Sohn jederzeit wieder kommen!

Super nette Vermieter, sehr sauber und gute Lage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, findet man so nicht so nicht sehr häufig.
Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen und würden sie selbst auch wieder mieten :)

Tolle Wohnungen
Ich habe eine Woche die Wohnung Windlicht 2 im DG gemietet und war rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen , ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Unbedingt hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Familie Yalcin überaus gastfreundlich ist. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Stellplatz für das Auto, was man während des Aufenthaltes durchaus stehen lassen kann, denn der Strand ist nur ca. 15 Min. fußläufig entfernt sowie Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wär gerne Fahrrad fährt kann die hauseigenen Fahrräder mieten und die Gegend damit erkunden.
Alles trifft auch für die beiden größeren Wohnungen zu.
Also nichts wie hin :)...
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren super zufrieden !!!
Wir hatten jetzt schon 2 mal in Folge die Dachgeschoss Wohnung 'Windlicht' und waren sehr zufrieden. Familie Yalcin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Anliegen kann man gut mit Ihnen reden.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ende von Norddeich, aber zu Fuß ist man schnell an der Küste (20 Minuten) mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Um die Ecke ist auch gleich ein Netto.
Wir kommen gerne wieder =)

super tolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
ich war eine Woche dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, hatte alles was man braucht an Ausstattung und ich konnte zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad meine Urlaubsziele wunderbar erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen seinen Urlaub dort zu machen.

Wir kommen wieder
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Super Lage. Alles erreichbar zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Fahrrad have ich mir bei der Familie geliehen und das Rad meines Sohnes durften wir in der Garage mit unterstellen.
Wohnung gemütlich und sehr sauber.

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber im Urlaub ist man da in der Regel eh nur zum Schlafen. Dafür ist sie mehr als ausreichend. Die Familie ist super nett und super hilfsbereit. Man kann sich jederzeit bei ihnen melden.

Kurzurlaub
Ich bin das erste Mal in Nordeich gewesen, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen
Super gekappt, kurzfristig gebucht und könnte auch sofort anreisen.
Vermieter super nett und sehr hilfsbereit .
Da ich ohne Auto angereist bin, hat mir die Familie Yalcin ein Fahrrad gegeben somit war ich mobil.
