The well-kept holiday flat " Windlicht 1.Stock " is located on the 1st floor and downstairs the terrace area
in a new building constructed in 2004 in Norddeich.
The holiday flat is very modern and comfortably furnished, so that you can really feel at home during your holiday.
The chic holiday flat is approx. 900m from the beach, centrally located in a quiet area of Norddeich.
The flat " Windlicht 1.Stock " with terrace area ( below the terrace ) was furnished with great attention to detail .
It offers 40 square metres of space for 2-3 persons
In the living-kitchen area there is a cosy sofa bed with a further sleeping possibility.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you a cooker with oven and 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, so everything that belongs to a well-functioning kitchen equipment.
So you can have your meals right in the living-kitchen area
In the living area there is a satellite TV and a radio.
Comfortable and relaxing nights are offered by the double bed 180 x 200m in the bedroom as well as a wardrobe for your clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Hairdryer is available.
Our holiday flat is cleaned by us independently and very clean and handed over to our holiday guests.
If required, a baby travel cot and high chair are available immediately

Norddeich offers a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, go on a mudflat hike, go surfing, kite surfing, sailing or sailing.
You can also pamper yourself with the extensive spa and wellness facilities and simply relax on the beach.
The East Frisian surroundings invite you to go for walks and bicycle tours.

A nice long weekend
The vacation apartment is comfortably furnished. The amenities are clean and well-maintained. In the living kitchen, there is everything you need for cooking. The bed is very comfortable and invites you to restful sleep. Everything is easily accessible. Would love to come back again.

Restful days
Contact made by phone and went smoothly.
Arrival was very warm from the Yalcin family, we were picked up from the train station and brought directly to the flat.
We were very happy with our flat, which was very clean and lovingly furnished.
A big plus point.
As we were not mobile, we were allowed to use their bicycles free of charge.
The Netto market and a bakery are about 5 minutes walk away.
We can only recommend the flat and the house

Successful short holiday
The holiday home is located about 20 minutes' walk from the beach, in a quiet area. Shopping facilities as well as sightseeing (mill, Lütetsburg Castle) are a possibility to see more than just the beach during the main holiday periods
Together with my bike, all destinations were really easy to get to, and the days at the coast were very pleasant to switch off

Norddeich Mole Super Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus sah von außen sehr gepflegt aus und das war es auch von innen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, waren immer ansprechbar. Meer war nur 5 bis 10 Min.entfernt. Busverbindungen gab es auch, Es gab genug Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten un Gastronomie war ausreichend da . War insgesamt ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Gemeinsamer Urlaub mit den Eltern ? - kein Problem, wenn jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat. So haben wir es in diesem Jahr gehalten. Meine Eltern hatten die größere Wohnung und wir direkt nebenan die "kleinere".... es war einfach wunderbar.
Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert - auch mal für einen Single-Urlaub.
Die Ferienwohnungen bei Fam Yalcin sind top gepflegt und sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Das Auto steht direkt vor der Tür auf einem Privatparkplatz
Bei Fragen steht Fam. Yalcin jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Top Service inkl. Transfer vom Bahnhof.
Zentral gelegen, etwa 10 Minuten entfernt befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung mit diesen ist der Strand in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
Unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieter, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber. Die Familie ist immer da, wenn man sie braucht, egal was ist.
Zum Strand ca. 20 min. zu Fuß, Netto ca. 10 min. entfernt.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Busse sind in der Nähe, Fähren fahren zu den Inseln und der Strand ist sehr schön.

We stayed again in the Sonneneck house in the Windlicht 1 flat
nothing to add. Everything was just as great as last year. We visited the coastal resorts this time, but by car rather than by bike. Greetsiel, Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel and Emden. We liked the towns of Norddeich, Greetsiel and Carolinensiel best. If we come to Norddeich again, then definitely to Haus Sonneneck Windlicht 1.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir waren 1 Woche Ende September in der Ferienwohnung Windlicht 1. Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus mit den Wohnungen ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich aufgenommen. Norddeich selbst ist auch sehr schön und lädt am Deich zu längeren Fahrradtouren ein. Wir werden ganz sicher noch einmal nach Norddeich kommen und bei dieser Ferienwohnung anfragen.

Wir haben uns dieses Jahr entschlossen an die Nordsee zu fahren. Da wir zum ersten Mal gefahren sind hatten wir keine allzu großen Erwartungen, die wirden jedoch ganz schnell übertroffen. Die Wohnung war top gepflegt und sauber und die sehr liebe Gastgeberfamilie hatte für uns Babybett und Stuhl bereitgestellt. Wir waren sehr begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gedühlt. Sehr schöner Urlaub
Ich war zum zweiten mal bei Familie Yalcin und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Familie ist super nett und wohnt vor Ort. Es ist super sauber und schön eingerichtet und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und bei Freunden willkommen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsanfang von Norddeich. Fahrrad kann man mieten und ist so in 10 Min. am Deich. Bushaltstelle 5 Min. entfernt. Ich komme gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Elvira

Sehr freundliche,Kinderfreundliche und zu vorkommende Vermieter. Super Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, sauber ordentlich bis in kleineste Detail eingerichtet einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 500 m entfernt gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Für 1 Euro kann man den Urlauberbus nutzen und bis Norddeich Mole zum Strand fahren. Wenn man alles uu Fuß machen möchte braucht man ca. 15 bis 20 minuten bis zjm Strand. Seehundstattion ist durch einen Strandpaad gut in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Immer gerne wieder.

Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
Wir haben uns dieses Jahr sehr spontan für einen Urlaub an der Nordsee entschieden. Ohne Probleme haben wir von einem auf den anderen Tag gebucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr spontan und zuvorkommend. Vorallem, weil wir nicht die regulären 7 Tage bleiben konnten sondern früher abreisen mussten.
Die Ferienwohnung ist am Rand von Norddeich gelegen, dennoch zentral genug um für alle Aktivitäten ein Auto stehen zu lassen.
Mein Mann und ich hatten unsere Fahrräder mit. Es war kein Problem sie unterzustellen.
Mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich viele Aktivitäten planen.
Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super sauber.
Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs sind in der nahen Umgebung und fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder.
