At booking.com, it was difficult to see whether bed linen and towels were included or not. The towels worked out, but the bed linen did not; however, help was available on-site. It is advisable to call and confirm again before arrival. The apartment is conveniently located; the beach, shopping options, and spa park with playground are within a few minutes' walk. You don't hear much from the street, and the neighbors are okay. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean.
