Description

The quietly situated holiday home with south-west orientation, which we have lovingly furnished, borders directly on the nature reserve and has a wonderful view over lush meadows to the Alps. Experience Bavarian cosiness on approx. 75 square metres of living space, with bright and light-flooded rooms. A Chiemsee marina, a lido, good restaurants, the Chiemsee boat trip and the Prienavera adventure pool are all in the immediate vicinity. The location leaves nothing to be desired!

The living area is open-plan and bright. You can enjoy yourself without a guilty conscience "doing nothing". For the best entertainment, you will find a 65# Smart LED HDTV television and Apple TV in the entertainment centre.
Adjacent to the living area you will find the spacious dining area with enough space for 6 people. Thanks to the conservatory, you have a fantastic view over open meadows all the way to the Alps. With a bit of luck, you might spot the deer in the neighbouring nature reserve.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Thanks to the conservatory, you have a fantastic view over open meadows as far as the Alps. With a bit of luck, you might spot the deer in the neighbouring nature reserve.

The bedrooms are divided into a bedroom on the ground floor with a large 1.80m x 2.00m bed and a bedroom on the top floor with a large 1.80m x 2.00m bed. They each have high-quality mattresses and a 55#; Smart LED HDTV.

There is also a Himolla pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Should you feel like working, there is a bright workstation with WLAN at your disposal.

rental deposit: 50 % at time of booking
final payment: 8 weeks before arrival

Cancellation terms:

5. Cancellation by the Tenant a) The tenant may cancel the rental agreement prior to the start of the rental period by written notice to the landlord. The relevant date is when the cancellation notice is received by the landlord. b) If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, they must pay compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows: Cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period 50%. After this period, 100%. In view of this, tenants are recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. c) The tenant retains the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage. d) At the time of cancellation, the tenant may nominate a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contract in their place. The landlord may refuse the entry of the third party if they appear economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the original tenant are liable to the landlord as joint debtors for the rent and any additional costs incurred by the entry of the third party. e) In accordance with good faith, the landlord must attempt to re-let the unoccupied accommodation and must credit any savings against the cancellation fees claimed. f) If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price.
