This lovingly and perfectly equipped villa welcomes you with a casual atmosphere and modern ambience. Experience the fabulous Florida lifestyle on approx. 300 square metres of living space, with bright, light-flooded and high rooms. Shopping facilities such as Publix, Target, Lowes and the post office are in the immediate vicinity. You will also find delicious burgers at "Five Guys", tasty ice cream at "Coldstone" or pizza from "Pizzahut". The location leaves nothing to be desired.
OUTSIDE - THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE VILLA SANIBEL SHELL
General:
The luxury villa is built in a U-shape to provide every opportunity for relaxation. If you fancy an outdoor dinner with family and friends, there is a summer kitchen and a modern dining table with seating for 8 people. Furthermore, you will find a comfortable and cosy lounge area with a gas fireplace to linger in the second lanai. In the spacious "screen-in" pool area with sun deck, equipped with comfortable loungers, you have plenty of space for extensive sunbathing and room to breathe deeply and unwind.
Summer kitchen:
The outdoor area is equipped with an impressive summer kitchen, which includes a built-in gas barbecue and fridge, as well as a bar alongside the pool where you can chill out.
Pool & Spa:
The exclusive domicile has a T-shaped, electrically heated pool with a zero-point spa. It is equipped with a modern and highly efficient pool pump, LED technology and a skin-friendly salt system. The pool also has a sun shelf where you can simply relax or play with the little ones

General:
Experience the fascination of a private luxury villa, completely individual and on a high level. Villa Sanibel Shell invites you to dream, relax and feel at home with its luxurious furnishings and elegant travertine stone floors. The villa has an alarm system, individually adjustable air conditioning and a utility room with European quality electrical appliances. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing set and hoover are a matter of course. Towels, other household items and children's items such as a high chair, bed rail and baby cot are also available free of charge. You also have high-speed Internet/WLAN and telephone at your disposal.
Living room:
The living area is open-plan and spacious. Here you can enjoy "doing nothing" without a guilty conscience. For the best entertainment, you will find a large-screen TV, DVD player and a Dolby surround sound system with integrated music system (with volume controls at various points in the house) in the entertainment centre.
Game Room:
The game room with pool table and butler's pantry will give you a special treat.
Bedrooms:
Almost unique are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite. The bedrooms are divided into a master bedroom with king-size bed, a junior master bedroom with king-size bed, a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bedroom with queen-size bed and are also equipped with high-quality mattresses, LED TV and radio alarm clocks.
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen with its high-quality GE brand appliances, such as a 48" refrigerator, induction ceramic hob, built-in oven and built-in microwave, also leaves nothing to be desired. The huge raised island bar is also ideal for entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the spacious dining area with enough room for 8 people. Thanks to the 90°C sliders, you have a fantastic view of the pool area and the canal.

The Villa Sanibel Shell is located in the heart of Cape Coral near Santa Barbara Boulevard in a very quiet side street, central enough to reach all hot spots quickly. Covering an area of 300 square kilometres, criss-crossed by over 640 kilometres of salt and freshwater canals, Cape Coral, which has now achieved world-famous status, is located in south-west Florida directly on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is therefore ideal for boaters, but also for golfers, who will get their money's worth on the numerous golf courses. Southwest Florida is also a highlight for shoppers, who can find everything they need in the numerous malls and outlets. However, if you just want to enjoy the sun, the sea and your own holiday home with a pool, this is the place for you.

Large pool area with zero-point spa, 2 terraces, lounge set, fireplace, outdoor kitchen (gas grill, fridge) with bar facing south to the canal with super panoramic screen. Arrival:
From Fort Myers Airport, follow the Terminal Access Road out of the airport. After 1.6 miles turn right onto Treeline Ave heading south, then after 2.5 miles turn left onto Daniels Pkwy and follow it west for 5.5 miles until it becomes Cypress Lake Drive over State Route 41. After another 1.6 miles, turn right at Winkler Road and follow it for 0.7 miles and turn left onto College Pkwy. This leads you over the paid bridge to Cape Coral Pkwy. After just under 3 miles, this will take you to Santa Barbara Blvd, where you turn right. After a further 2 miles, turn right at the traffic lights onto 29th Ter., at the end turn right onto Santa Barbara Pl and then onto 30th Ter. The house is on the right hand side.
