In addition, there is a refrigerator with icef. for drinks near the pool, 1 charcoal grill movable, 1 washing machine & 1 safe. Windows have insect screens. The garden has sunbeds and chairs for 8 pers. communal use. The heated pool 4x8m allows pleasant swimming fun even in the early and late season. Outdoor shower w/c water. In the cooler season there is the possibility to create a cozy atmosphere with the central heating. On the completely lockable property ca.460qm you can park your car.
