APARTMENT ROESES for up to 5 - 6 persons (85 sqm living area) with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, in a central yet quiet location of Empuriabrava in the street Montgri - only 400 m to the Alberes Center (with all shops, supermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurants, newsagent etc.) and 800 m to the center and the beach.
For shared use of both apartments located on the property:
Large terrace area with lounge, barbecue, sun loungers u. parasol
Outdoor shower (hot / cold)
Each apartment also has a separate terrace directly on the living room with awning, table, chairs and bench.

Location and surroundings of object
About 35 years ago, this holiday paradise was created on the Spanish Mediterranean coast on the model of Florida. Ampuriabrava is located in the bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, about 40 km south of the French border and about 130 km north of Barcelona. Ampuriabrava is considered the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure. On more than 30 km of navigable seawater channels, villas with private jetties and beautiful gardens dominate the picture.
In addition to the quiet residential areas, there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, shopping arcades, etc. in the town center.
The marina has slipways and cranes (up to 50 tons). There are also several multilingual doctors and pharmacies in town.
The conditions in Ampuriabrava are especially great for water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing or by boat discover the beautiful coastline with its small idyllic bays and crystal clear waters - anything is possible. In addition, the kilometer-long, fine-grained sandy beach is ideal for families with children.
In winter you can reach the outstanding ski areas of the Pyrenees in about hours by car. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the "wild coast" (Costa Brava)! Spectacular coastal landscapes against the ever-present backdrop of the Pyrenees, small bays and extensive sandy beaches, medieval villages in the idyllic hinterland of the Empordá, the beautiful provincial capital of Girona, Barcelona and many scenic, cultural and historical attractions are waiting to be discovered by you.
In the neighboring town of Figueres Dalí was born, who then settled in another neighboring town of Empuriabravas, in Cadáquez, and a whole life was inspired by this area. Also in the area there is a high recreational and entertainment value in all areas. This starts with two excellent golf courses and does not stop for a long hike to the beautiful monastery of San Pere de Rhodes.
