The detached 100 sqm holiday home with terrace, lawn and its fenced plot facing south offers an optimal basis for a relaxing holiday.
The quietness at night and good starting position for sightseeing are ideal to relax with the family.
In our large living room there is enough space to read, watch satellite TV or play with your loved ones.
In the well-equipped kitchen with 4 plate cooker, microwave, coffee maker, egg boiler, dishwasher etc. everything is available to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In the separate room there is a washing machine and dryer to quickly do the laundry in between,
There is room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.

Beautiful holiday home

Very nice holiday home with everything you need. The only downside was the drains of the shower and sink. Both did not drain. Since no one came from the reception, we cleaned them ourselves - it was too disgusting for us. To this day, no response from the landlord regarding this... a bit disappointing.

Aged... cleanliness, well... location okay by bike or car, landlord VERY nice.

First of all, something positive: the landlord is really very accommodating and friendly!
We were on site with 5 people and a dog for 1 week. Unfortunately, we found the house to be very unclean (cobwebs + residents, dust, and mold in the shower). We then took it upon ourselves to clean. (Here, too, the landlord is primarily not to blame; perhaps hire new cleaning staff.)
There are no mosquito nets in front of the windows, so the possibility of ventilating our NON-air-conditioned accommodation was very daring. (Crumble cake guarantee)
In the heat, it is absolutely unbearable in the upper area.
The weeds on the terrace have now grown up to 70 cm high. Unfortunately, the sheds where the washing machine and dryer are located are also very unclean. Parking more than 1 bicycle turns out to be very difficult here.
The grill was unfortunately not clean, so we cleaned it ourselves.
For 3 people, the house is also sufficient; otherwise, it gets really cramped. The bathroom is very small and in need of renovation. All these little things made our stay less comfortable.
You also don't really have peace, unless the neighbors are away... but unfortunately, you have no influence on that. The location itself is not bad, as you can get to the beach very quickly by bike.
Our conclusion is that we will definitely visit the Belgian coast again, but not in a holiday park, rather in a single house with peace and cleanliness.

ich möchte kurz Stellung, zu den von Ihnen erwähnten Umstände nehmen.
Zunächst ein Danke dass Sie mich als zuvorkommend und freundlich ansehen.

Der Ferienpark hat sehr viel grün, das von allen als sehr positiv angesehen wird, im Sommer stehen viele Stunden am Tag Fenster und Türen offen, das hier dann Insekten und Spinnen ins Haus kommen liegt auf der Hand.

Wir hatten 25 Jahre die gleiche Reinigungsfrau, leider ist Ihr Mann an Krebs erkrankt und Sie hat verständlicher weise nicht weiter gemacht, um sich dem erkrankten Mann zu kümmern.
Wir haben über 1 Jahr nach einer neuen Reinigungskraft gesucht, die meisten wollen am WE nicht arbeiten, hinzu kommt das jetzt in den Sommerfeien Hochsaison ist und die Kräfte unter Stress stehen. Einige Gäste das Haus nicht Pünktlich verlassen was die Situation noch verschärft.
Klima Anlagen sind im Park nicht gestattet, zum einen wegen der Geräusche zum Nachbarn und das Strom Netz ist dafür nicht ausgelegt.
Unser Hausmeister 85 Jahre, mittlerweile auch schon 30 Jahre für uns tätig mit Rasen mähen oder anderem, Abfluss frei machen Wasserhahn ersetzen Spülmaschine tauschen usw. auch schon mal Sonntags wenn es sein muss, möchte ich auch nicht vor den Kopf stoßen und sagen er braucht nicht mehr kommen.
Das alles ist vom Gast nicht zu erkennen.
Die Gäste sind auch alle Unterschiedlich, was den einen stört, ist für viele kein Problem.
Wenn im Sommerurlaub die Nachbarn Grillen und es stört einen, kann man mal freundlich sagen das es auch leiser geht, oder man sollte überlegen ins Hotel zu gehen. Auf dem Camping Platz hat man auch direkte Nachbarn und da wir auch schon mal gesungen oder gelacht.

Wollte nur mal darauf hinweisen mit welchen Umständen die Vermieter konfrontiert werden.

Top holiday home

We have been to Bredene several times before. But we have never had such a great holiday home. As soon as we walked through the door, we immediately felt at home. Everything was beautifully furnished, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, great bathroom, additional toilet. What is particularly important to us is cleanliness, and that was 100% the case. We also really enjoyed the garden and the fenced-in property. Mr. Pistono, the landlord, is very friendly. He responds promptly to inquiries and is very helpful. We would recommend the holiday home without hesitation.

A pretty house with a well-maintained garden in a well-kept residential park. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere.

The equipment left nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped. All technical devices worked perfectly. The bathroom is very clean, and having a second toilet was pleasant. When we arrived, we had to clean up first! The sofa was covered in dog hair, dust and cobwebs everywhere, kitchen utensils were partly covered in grease and old food residues... in the entrance area, there were nests full of larvae that hatched and were everywhere. It's outrageous to pay 60 euros for cleaning!

Wenn man erst 1 Monat nach Urlaubsende etwas Reklamiert kann man viel behaupten.
Lässt sich auch nicht mehr nachvollziehen, erstaunlich ist aber das die Mieter vorher und auch danach keine Reklamationen hatten, wir haben einige Gäste die schon seit 10 Jahren zu uns kommen, die immer zufrieden sind wie auch die anderen Bewertungen siehe unten.
Wenn man was zu Reklamieren hat, was auch immer mal vorkommen kann sollte man dies am Anreisetag tun, damit auch Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann. Leider hat man auch mal solche Gäste.

Erholung pur

Get in, arrive, feel good.

We stayed at the holiday home in Pistonos for 5 days. When we arrived, it was already pleasantly warm. Everything you need for daily use is provided: hairdryer, toaster, oven, games for the evenings, and a comfortable bed. The furnishings are cozy and functional. The location is wonderful for exploring the area (beach, East End, Bruges...). The booking process was straightforward, and the communication was pleasant. We will definitely come back.
