Description
We rent out our holiday home De Duinkam in Dishoek (Zeeland, the Netherlands) from June to September, on request also with our great beach hut 't Hulletje. A maximum of one dog is welcome.
De Duinkam has three bedrooms with a total of six beds and is fully equipped: air conditioning, dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, hot air fryer and free use of bicycles. Our guests always give De Duinkam the highest rating on Google, Facebook and Airbnb.
The chalet is in a very quiet location on the edge of a holiday park, about 1.5 km from the beach. The park has a spray park, an indoor and outdoor playground and a restaurant. During the summer holidays there is an animation team for the children.
In the beach hut you will find almost everything you need at the beach: chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, shovels and toys. So every day is a beach day! If you want to rent 't Hulletje, it costs 15 euros per day.

Location and surroundings of object
De Duinkam officially belongs to Koudekerke, but is closer to the pretty little seaside resort of Dishoek. The beach, restaurants, ice cream parlour and supermarkets are within walking or cycling distance. The popular seaside resort of Zoutelande is also nearby. The dunes between Dishoek and Zoutelande are the highest in Zeeland and there is a beautiful walking path over the dune crest. De Duinkam owes its name to this.

Bei einer Stornierung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt schuldet der Mieter folgende Stornokosten: bei Stornierung 1 bis 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn 25% des Mietpreises, bei Stornierung 1 Monat bis 1 Woche vor Mietbeginn 50% des Mietpreises, bei Stornierung 1 Woche bis 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn 75% des Mietpreises und bei Stornierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn 100% des Mietpreises. Günstigere Konditionen sind in Absprache möglich.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Ich und meine zwei Söhne waren zu Gast bei Christiaan, wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit.
Wir werden wiederkommen.
Das Strandhaus am Meer ist echt super. Auf jeden Fall dazu buchen.

As a child I came to Zeeland every year and since 2021 I am the happy owner of De Duinkam and beach cottage 't Hulletje. I don't live in Zeeland with my wife and children, but in the beautiful city of Utrecht in the centre of the Netherlands. But whenever possible I can be found in Zeeland! During the summer months (June-September) I also like to let others enjoy our great place, the beach, the sea and the beautiful high dunes!
