Our quiet but centrally located holiday home for a total of 6 people with two holiday flats (60 m² for 2 people and 80 m² for 4 people) is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz on the island of Rügen. A wallbox is available for electric vehicles.
At the beginning of 2022, the holiday home was partially renovated and a new kitchen was installed on the upper floor. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are available for a perfect family or friends holiday.
The house has two comfortable flats and is modern and well maintained. Parking space and wallbox for electric cars available. Our holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers. Ground floor flat with terrace and use of garden. Pets are not allowed and it is a non-smoking flat. The flat is fully equipped with tiled flooring and underfloor heating.

It is only a 10-minute walk to the nearby beach of Binz and about 700 metres to the popular main street with shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
The beautiful "Schmachter See" lake is about 400 metres away. Our house is located directly on the Granitz cycle path.

Ruhige Lage, großzügiges Platzangebot, Ausstattung ist zu verbessern
Wir haben diese Haushälfte mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bewohnt. Das Platzangebot für diese Personenzahl empfanden wir als großzügig.
Das Haus hat einen sehr freundlichen Wandanstrich und ist (außer oben im Dachgeschoßschlafzimmer der Kinder) nahezu durchgängig gefließt.
Auch wenn der Wandanstrich und die Bäder sehr schick aussehen, so passt die übrige Einrichtung nicht zu diesem schicken Anstrich.
Die Terrasse hat zwar genügend einfache Plastikstühle, aber keine Kissen.
Unter dem kleinen Sonnenschirm passt maximal eine Person.
Die Küche in der oberen 4 Personenwohnung ist absolut winzig und hat einen viel zu kleinen Geschirrspüler. Es fehlten in unserem Urlaub eine vernünftige Bratpfanne, Rührschüssel und Schneebesen. Der Vermieter hat uns versprochen dieses Problem abzustellen.
Auch wer unten in der Küche kochen möchte, muss sich manchmal durchaus behelfen. Eine billige Küchenausstattung im Vergleich zu den schönen Bädern ist vorzufinden.
Wer im warmen Sommer hier mietet wird die kühlen Tischplatten als angenehm empfinden. Leider lassen sich die Tische aufgrund des Materials kaum umstellen, um für sechs Personen einen großen Tisch herzustellen. Dafür weicht man lieber auf die Terrasse aus.
Wer im Winter unterwegs ist und das große Wohnzimmer unten viel nutzt, wird sich wahrscheinlich etwas mehr Schallschutz wünschen, was derzeit die glatten Materialien in diesem Raum nicht schaffen. Im Sommer wird man eher die Terrasse oder den Balkon nutzen, welche einen schönen Ausblick in große Grünflächen erlaubt.
Die absolut ruhige Wohnlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Rad waren wir in 5 Minuten am Schmachter See und in 10 Minuten am Strand.

Großes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und auf jeden Fall für 6 Personen geeignet. Mit den zwei Bädern ist es auch ideal. Die Terasse ist schön geschützt.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Urlaub im Juli/August 2011
Dieses Haus wurde uns für 6 Erwachsene plus 1 Kind vermietet.Jedoch ist dieses Haus nur für 4 Erwachsene und eventuell 3 Kinder vorgesehen. Im Dachgeschoß sind zwei Eisenbetten mit durchhängender Matratze, die nur für Kinder und nicht für Erwachsene sind. Ausserdem handelt es sich bei dem "Kleiderschrank" im Dachgeschoß nur um ein klappriges Eisengestell. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind okay. Die Küche im Paterre ist ganz winzig. Die Couchen sind aus meiner Sicht Kunstleder und nicht wie angegeben aus Leder. Als exklusives Ferienhaus kann man dieses auf keinen Fall nennen. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.Wir haben bei Anreise erst mal alles durchgesaugt und die Küchengeräte gesäubert.

Im Dachgeschoß befindet sich ein Doppelbett sowie ein Kleiderschrank.
Die Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Wenn allerdings die Anreise um mehr als 2 Stunden zu früh erfolgt und dann mit dreckigen Schuhen durch das grade frisch gewischte Haus gelaufen wird und die grade laufende Reinigung in Absprache mit dem Mieter beendet wird, ist es schon dreist sich hinterher zu beschweren.

Super Urlaub im Ostseebad Binz auf Rügen
Alles topgepflegt und neu in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Sylt an der Ostsee. Wer schick Urlaub macht, fährt nach Binz. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge... Super Strand. Im Haus ist alles, was es zu Hause auch gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, alle Geschäfte sind selbst sonntags auf. Nette Betreuung von den Vermietern von Anfang bis Ende, keine Probleme. Service lässt sich in einem Ferienhaus natürlich nicht bewerten. Die Frühstücksbrötchen muss man schon selber schmieren.
