CASA FELIZ is the main house of the Finca - a cottage, comfortable with plenty of space for privacy. Ideal for larger families or couples verreisende.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, departing to the Canarian tradition from the patio / courtyard. Two of the bedrooms have bricked double beds, en suite bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is fitted next to the shower with a large bath.
Casa Feliz accommodate 2 to 10 people: There are 6 beds in 3 double bedrooms, 2 more single beds (90x190), a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, which provides an additional 2 sleeps. In addition, 3 cots and additional beds are available.
Also, the living area of Casa Feliz is spacious, can accommodate and retreat niches for larger groups. In the salon / living room there are two comfortable sofas for a total of 4-5 people, a large dining table, can take place to comfortably 8 people. Just off the living area adjoins a separate dining area, also with a large table, with seating and additional chairs. From this dining out, there is a hatch to the kitchen.
Directly at the entrance there is a small living room - also with brick bench, table and chairs, adjacent thereto, another lounge with two large desks - perfect for playing or creative work, as well as office use when you want to work on a holiday.
The kitchen of Casa Feliz is fully equipped with hob, oven and dishwasher. Additionally there is a summer kitchen with integrated barbecue terrace in the garden, which is exclusively for guests of Casa Feliz. Again, there is a large dining table where, groups can easily sit together.
The Casa Feliz is a typical Canarian farmhouse - it has a beautiful patio / courtyard, which is equipped with various benches and a cozy lounge with an outdoor grill - an ideal place for breakfast or evening barbecue. There is a connecting door to the children's playground - there your children can frolic and play. Since the playground of thick stone walls surround and as the whole farm is planted lush, you can still enjoy your holiday in peace and relax.
On entrance to the garden is the sun bed of Casa Feliz - an idyllic place to relax and dangle your soul .... Enjoy the quiet and relaxation with stunning sea views!
A little further up you will find our seat lounge in the open - a further retreat niche of Casa Feliz, with brick bench, table and additional seating.
In the vicinity of the holiday home is also part of the entrance terrace equipped with large dining table, bench and deck chairs - a wonderful place, for example, to enjoy the evening sunset.
In addition to these exclusively for guests of Casta Feliz provided squares and terraces the house has a large, park-like garden with additional seating and berths for common use. Nestled in the garden and the pool with pool terrace, which is shared with the guests of the Casa Cora and the Casa de Niro.

Main house of picturesque hillside house with wonderful sea views. In the heart of the finca is the terraced tropical gardens with numerous flowering and endemic plants, palms and cactus. Vacation in paradise - a flourishing oasis with palm trees. La Asomada is located southeast of the island on the slopes of Montana de Gaida and about 300 meters above sea level. Individual, neat white cottages, a small church, a mini supermarket, a small school and a community center characterize the image of this charming, quiet place. The property is located on the edge of La Asomadas towards Uga, bordering a few meters to the wine growing region of 'La Geria'.
