The FINCA DEL SOL property in Guime offers a sea-view studio with a private terrace, equipped with a shaded pergola suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners and provided with sun loungers; you can also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The layout of the outdoor area allows you to enjoy the sun even on the windiest days. The studio is presented as an open space organized into 2 areas. Entering from the terrace, we find the living area; on the left there is a lounge area with an L-shaped sofa (convertible into a double bed), an armchair, and a TV space, while on the right there is a kitchen equipped with a comfortable table for 4 people. Continuing on, you reach the sleeping area, equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and a double bed, next to which there is a generously sized bathroom.
