Holiday home 130m² for max. 11 persons (9 adults + 2 children), only 300m to the beach centre of Scharbeutz and quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 4 bedrooms (4 double beds 180x200 + 1 single bed 90x200 + 2 children's travel beds), 2 shower bathrooms + 1 guest WC, 2 terraces, 900m² well-grown property, WLAN, 2 parking spaces, children's travel bed, children's high chair, swing in the garden, covered bicycle storage.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area and a cosy TV corner. Two bedrooms, one with direct terrace access and a modern shower room, as well as a guest toilet are also located on this level. Washing machine and WLAN are available.
On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a modern shower room. There are several flat screen TVs in the house.
The sunny, overgrown and fenced 900 sqm garden plot faces southwest and is not visible from the street. On the partly covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue are of course available. The holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end street in Scharbeutz and is only 300m away from the beach centre.

Directly at the Scharbeutz pier, the new dune mile with well-known restaurants such as the well-known "Grande Beach Cafe" or the extremely popular fish restaurant "Gosch" from Sylt attracts visitors. There are very good bus and train connections to neighbouring towns.

Very beautiful, spacious holiday home
We were an extended family with 6 adults and 2 children in the holiday home.
The house is very tastefully and lovingly furnished down to the last detail, so that you immediately feel comfortable. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, just like the living room, where there is also enough seating for everyone. There are hooks/coat racks everywhere, also in the bathrooms, in sufficient numbers. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house was very clean upon arrival. The garden is beautifully grown.
The location of the house is great: it is quiet, but at the same time you can reach the beach and the center of Scharbeutz on foot in a few minutes.
We felt VERY comfortable and will definitely be back - Thank you.

A very nice, relaxing holiday with the family
We are very satisfied with the accommodation, above all we liked the tasteful furnishings, it was all very cosy, the only thing that was missing in our opinion was a radio.
We were able to use the great garden often, for sunbathing and playing volleyball

The holiday home is bright, friendly and clean.
There is everything you need to feel at home.
The hosts gave us a friendly welcome and provided us with important information.
Super location, not far from the beach. Sufficient space for 6 adults and 2 small children. Ideal for playing in the garden
The repair work on the blinds was fixed immediately. As well as the replacement of a defective hairdryer.
The landlords are always helpful and accommodating.

Tolles Haus in super Lage!
Das Ferienhaus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Ruhige Lage und sehr strandnah. Gemütliche Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Grill und schönen Gartenmöbeln. Die Kinder hatten im Garten eine Schaukel und ausreichend Platz zum toben. Die Herbergseltern waren super nett und haben uns jederzeit tolle Ausflugstips gegeben.

Super holiday home and great location
Dear family Meetz,
we were the first guests in your new holiday home.
We booked the house in its old, unrenovated state on "good luck".
On the day we arrived, you (the hosts) welcomed us very nicely and we went into the house together. We were speechless! The holiday home was far more than what we expected. Super nice and tasteful furnishings, the decoration just super, a great room layout, bright rooms, beautiful garden, etc.
The town centre with its restaurants, shops and the beach, are reached in a few minutes. Scharbeutz is a great place to spend your holiday.
We will definitely come back.
