A 90m² 2-room holiday flat with 2xTV, waterbed and full bathroom with bathtub and shower awaits you
directly in the traffic-calmed heart of Binz!
The holiday flat "Laura" is on 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious hallway with sofa bed, reading chair and wardrobe,
the bedroom with waterbed in comfort size (2 x 2,20m), TV and large wardrobe as well as
the beautiful bathroom with floor-level real glass shower, bathtub and WC.
A comfortable staircase leads to the living room on the first floor
It is equipped with a comfortable sitting area with 2 couches and an armchair, cable TV and a spacious dining area with table and chairs. The living room has a large window front and is therefore bright and inviting. The two large windows in the living room are equipped with privacy blinds.
The furnished balcony is accessed from the living room.
In the separate kitchen on the upper floor you will find a refrigerator with ice compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with 4 cookers, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The dining area is in the living room.
WLAN is available to guests free of charge.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
An extra bed for a 3rd person is possible on an extra bed in the bedroom or on the sofa bed in the hallway

The hallway is counted as a 2nd bedroom because of the extra bed possibility. However, this holiday flat is a 2-room apartment with only 1 fully-fledged bedroom.
A parking space at the house is included in the price.

The holiday flat Laura is located on the courtyard of Villa Monbijou, directly in the pedestrian zone of Binz, which connects Schmachter See and the Baltic Sea. Many good restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby

There is also a bicycle rental only 50m away.
The beach promenade, pier and beach are only 200m away.

Lucky shot!
Beautiful, large, very comfortably furnished holiday flat in a central location.
The waterbed was good, we always wanted to try it ;) ... We liked it so much that we are already looking for our next holiday here!
