Spend a fantastic Baltic Sea holiday in the holiday flat "Cosima" - directly in the promenade, the heart of Binz, only 200m from the beach.
The "Cosima" holiday flat overlooks the historic centre of Binz. The spacious living room is equipped with flat-screen TV (cable), radio, MP3 player, room safe, WLAN and kitchenette (with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.; see photo). The furnished balcony facing southeast is equipped with sun lounger, table and chairs and is accessible from the living room and the bedroom and even offers a small sea view. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 1.90m) and wardrobe. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.

The "Monbijou" villa was built in 1891 and lovingly renovated in 1995. It is a historic seaside villa directly in the promenade of Binz, which connects the Schmachter See lake with the pier and the Baltic Sea. You will find many shopping facilities, bakers and restaurants nearby. The beach, the promenade and the pier are only 200m away.

Schöner Urlaub
Eine kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einer alten Bädervilla. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Mitten im Zentrum mit Parkplatz am Haus.:-)))

Sehr zufrieden
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Zentrum und somit war für uns alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum!
Beste Lage. Mit Bäckern zum Frühstücken nebenan.
Der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen und dass wir direkt am Haus kostenfrei parken konnten.
Wir möchten uns auch noch einmal ganz herzlich beim Vermieter für das Entgegenkommen bei der Anreise bedanken!

Sommer in Binz!
In der Villa Monbijou haben wir uns gut erholt. Die Lage ist perfekt direkt im Zentrum. Morgens sind wir zum Frühstücken über die Straße zu Bäcker Peters gegangen (was übrigens sehr zu empfehlen ist - insbesonere das Frühstück für 2 dort ist hervorragend!).
Erwähnenswert finden wir noch die sehr sympathische Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin und daß die Ferienwohnung supersauber war.
Wir geben gerne 5 Sterne!

Wunderbar
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Monbijou. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den Balkon haben wir bei diesem schönen Wetter oft genutzt. Die Lage ist zentral, das Meer ist zu sehen und zu riechen, alle Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es war einfach wunderbar.

Zentral und sehr sauber
Wir haben die "Cosima" bewohnt und waren positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die 2 verschiedenen Stilrichtungen - weiße Couch und blauen Möbeln paßte gut zusammen. Die Abende konnten wir auf dem überdachten Balkon immer gut ausklingen lassen.
