You wish a relaxing holiday at the sea? You have come to the right place. Villa Sonnendeck is located near the beach in a small holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee. The holiday home is detached and has a beautiful sunny garden with covered and fully furnished terrace. There's plenty of room for the whole family here. The secluded garden is completely fenced and beautifully landscaped. The comfortably furnished holiday home has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. A dog is also very welcome. Highlights: Sunny living-dining area with satellite TV (German channels), free Wifi, cozy dining room, top equipped large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1x with satellite TV), renovated bathroom with floor-level shower, washing machine, storage room with additional refrigerator. Car parking space directly at the house.

The detached villa Sonnendeck is located near the beach in the Yperhof holiday park. The house is in a quiet location and offers you the perfect place to relax with its beautifully landscaped garden. Your little ones will love the play facilities in the garden!
The sea with its kilometre-long sandy beach and the iconic beach pavilion "Paal 6" is within walking distance. In the village you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: many shops, supermarkets (Deen and Lidl), a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course with driving range.
In Den Helder, about 6 km away, there are many attractions: including the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, the Children's Play Paradise, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium. From Den Helder you can take a day trip to the island of Texel.
In the summer there are various markets and different events.

Time out…
We spent a very nice week in this house. We lacked for nothing. The house is very clean and cozy, we felt perfectly at home right away, and the garden was perfect for our Irish Setter. The location and the park are very quiet. We will definitely come back.

Top holiday home for a vacation with a dog.
The house was equipped with everything you need and very clean. We and my dog felt comfortable, especially the securely fenced garden was great. Although many seem to make their holidays with a dog there, the garden still looked very well maintained. The beach is a good walk away, but it is easily manageable. Shopping facilities are also quickly reachable. Communication with the landlords was also excellent and very friendly. For our bad luck with the weather, no one can be blamed, we were still able to make the best of it in the house and on the wind-protected terrace.

Coastal, quiet, vacation
Beautiful property with a great garden - it has everything you need. Quiet, well-maintained residential park, short distances to shopping and the beach. We will gladly come back with our dog.

Super house, with great amenities
The house offers everything you need, great bathroom, wonderfully furnished kitchen, super nice garden, and not far from the beach and shopping.
