Description

Holiday home Villa Sommermelodie is located in the holiday resort of Julianadorp aan Zee, only about 500 m from the dunes and the North Sea beach. The accommodation was extensively renovated by us in 2015 and newly furnished with modern furniture.

The comfort house has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a bathroom with floor-level shower and bathtub, a small shower room with toilet and a separate guest toilet. The large, bright living-dining area leads directly onto the furnished terrace with garden barbecue. The high quality kitchen is equipped with oven, gas ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Senseo machine, coffee maker and crockery for 12 people. WLAN, washing machine. Travel cot, high chair 2 car parking spaces are available free of charge.
The sunny, beautifully planted garden is completely fenced
A dog is very welcome.

The house is located in the family-friendly park "Beach Resort Ooghduyne" in Julianadorp with indoor fun pool, playgrounds, mini golf, tennis court etc.. For golfers there is a 9-hole golf course with A-status and driving range. There is also a child-friendly restaurant with a sunny terrace.

The highlight is of course the proximity to the beach! On the kilometre-long sandy beach you can go for a wonderful walk or just chill out. Right by the sea you'll find the beach restaurants Paal 6 and Zee van Tijd - from here you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Again with pleasure!

Our stay at Villa Summer Melody was very nice. The accommodation is very well maintained and communication with the Kusmierz family was quick and uncomplicated. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the beach and warm up again in the sauna. The accommodation is highly recommended!

Perfekter Urlaub

We felt completely comfortable. The house impressed us with its spacious layout. It is very tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. The equipment, especially the kitchen, is very extensive. Cooking in it was a lot of fun. (We brought way too much again.) We really enjoyed the evenings in the sauna (Thanks for the very good instructions). Here we were able to recover from the long beach walks and the already cooler days (November). The location of the house is ideal for activities such as swimming, bowling, mini golf. It was very nice days.

Super relaxed holiday with a very nice accommodation.

We spent our autumn holiday in Holland and had a great time. The holiday home Villa Sommermelodie is very well laid out, making it easy to vacation with several people. The 2 bathrooms and separate toilet are clean and well equipped. After a long day at the beach, you could relax in the sauna. The surroundings are very beautiful. Overall, the house is very well-furnished and equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. We would love to go on holiday there again at any time. The contact with the landlords was top-notch and very nice.

Very cozy house, perfect for a holiday with dogs and to feel comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation with everything your heart desires! We lacked nothing.

The house is very nicely furnished, and the kitchen also has everything you need.

Communication with the landlords went smoothly and was always very friendly.

For a family vacation with a dog, very relaxed, the property is fenced, and dogs are welcome throughout the entire area.

We were there with 2 couples, one child, and a dog. Splitting up the bedrooms and having two bathrooms (including 2 toilets), we also had a relaxing stay in this regard. Simply great and absolutely recommendable! We will be happy to come back! Best regards from Cologne, Fam. Radermacher

It was a very nice short vacation.

Despite the cold weather, we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. A great location with great leisure opportunities. Den Helder is just a stone's throw away, and from there, you can easily reach Texel, a wonderful little island if needed.
Even a short-term key issue, caused by us, was quickly resolved in the evening. Thanks again for that!
If we want to escape everyday life for a weekend again, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful holiday house in a good location

The typical holiday home for the holiday park is located in a quiet area close to the swimming pool and information center of the park. The house is well equipped for 6 people. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is a bit small, that's why only 4 1/2 stars for the equipment. The beautiful beach and the great dune landscape are about 10 minutes away by bike. From here, you can take extensive beach walks and bike tours through the stunning dune landscape. The area is also recommended for dog owners, dogs are everywhere and welcome in the beach bars as well.
Booking and further procedures were uncomplicated, and any queries were promptly answered by the nice and helpful landlords.
It was a wonderful holiday all around, not only due to the lovely weather.

Fantastic beautiful time :-)

It was a wonderful vacation at your house. Especially nice is that there is a fence around the property, so you can let the children out of your sight for a few seconds without worry. The house is beautifully furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation. There are many shopping opportunities nearby. The nearby beach is particularly beautiful, just a leisurely 10-minute walk away. We all agree that if we go to Holland again, it will be Villa Sommermelodie in Julianadorp. Thank you! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

We love the sea and have therefore been looking for a beautiful spot where we can feel at home. We found it in Julianadorp aan Zee in North Holland. In 2015 we bought our holiday home Villa Sommermeldie and renovated it with a lot of commitment, love and passion and refurnished it with modern furniture. We want our guests to feel as comfortable as they do at home and have lovingly furnished the apartments to a high standard and with all comforts. Come to us and say also WE LOVE HOLLAND !
