The house is located in the small, quiet bungalow park Yperhof. It is a detached holiday home surrounded by its own grounds. There is a parking space directly at the house. The park has a children's playground. The beach is about 1 km away. The centre of the small village of JUlianadorp, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants, is also about 1 km away. A few restaurants are halfway down the road. A golf course and swimming pool are also within easy reach. The location offers many possibilities for excursions. Attractive cities can be reached in less than an hour (Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Hoorn).
