Situated directly on the Danube-Rain cycle path, it is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in unspoilt nature. Hiking maps for the hiking trails are available for our guests

Tip Top vacation apartment
We found a very good, spotlessly clean vacation apartment. Nice landlords, a super well-equipped, large apartment in a very quiet location. We looked for the catch that the apartment has in the 2 weeks there but didn't find it. We would love to take another vacation there. There is a tranquility there that you can only find elsewhere.

Super accommodation with great landlords.
Our reception, including our dogs, was very warm. The attic apartment is just like in the pictures, with a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and large couch, and even the mattresses were comfortable. What can I say... a dream for us! 2 weeks of pure relaxation. On the balcony overlooking the garden, we could spend cozy hours. The Edeka, bakery, veterinarian, and pharmacy are all quickly reachable on foot from the apartment.
We especially liked that 2 dogs were not a problem (one of them is quite big), as we have experienced it very differently before.
Conny and Guido are very kind and attentive landlords who always have an open ear.
Thank you both for the great stay, we had a nice and relaxing vacation with you.

Great apartment
We were welcomed very friendly. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. We and our dog felt very comfortable all around. The location of the apartment is very quiet with a great view of the countryside. The Sonnenschein family is very dedicated to making the stay as pleasant as possible. One week of pure relaxation
We were very lucky to be able to use the really spacious and large flat under the roof for a week at the end of July. The view is fantastic, the location really quiet and the hosts extremely nice. Coming from the big city, we were just looking for a place to relax and rest. We found it there. Conny and Guido always had a good excursion and restaurant tip ready.
The flat is fully equipped and very cosy and clean. A bakery and supermarket are also available in the village. What more could you want
We were here with our little four-legged friend and will certainly be very very happy to come back.

Hervorragende ,Wunderbare Wohnung für einen Urlaub
Hallo, an alle die sehr schön Urlaub machen wollen ,in einem sehr sauberen Haus.
Ankunft war schon sehr gut durch die nette Hausherrin. Sehr freundlich und lustig, ebenso ihr
Gatte mit einem lieben Hund. Französische Bulldogge mit einem leichten Grummeln.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und schön mit einem weiten Blick in die Berge und Wälder der Umgebung. Pferde sind auch auf der Koppel ,einfach schön zu sehen .Vögel pfeifen und der Kuckuck ruft. Er hört gar nicht mehr auf. Ist wahrscheinlich zum aufziehen und sitzt im Baum.
So richtig zum Wohlfühlen .Die Wohnung ist mit allem dem eingerichtet was man braucht.
Es fehlt an nichts. Im einzelnen will ich jetzt nicht alles aufzählen ,aber es ist schon toll.
Ich habe die Wohnung im September noch einmal gebucht, weil es dort einfach schön ist.
Morgens in der schönen ,guten Bäckerei unterhalb der Strasse ,etwas weiter ein Gasthof, (Gasthof Streifenau,)
Plicht: die Woche mindestens 3 mal dort zu essen ,sensationell und viel. So etwas noch nicht erlebt.
Zünftig und rustikal. Preise :nicht zu glauben wie günstig.
Das schöne an all diesem ist der Ort Konzell.
Also wie immer wenn jemand zufrieden ist .Auf ins Haus Sonnenschein nach Konzell mit den sehr lustigen aus dem Ruhrpott und ihrem Hund.
Bleibt gesund und behaltet eure sehr nette Art des Daseins.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Der Empfang war herzlich und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Conny und Guido sind sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche und tierliebe Gastgeber.
Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht ins Grüne ist ein Traum aber auch die Ruhe ist Balsam für die Seele. Die Lage ist ideal für zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Besonders die Seen hatten es uns angetan. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und nur zu empfehlen ! Erholsame Tage
Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser sehr schön gelegenen Wohnung, Empfang von Conni und Guido herzlich, Erfrischungsgetränke im Kühlschrank toll!Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und es ist alles vorhanden.Auch für unseren Hund gab es kuschelige Decken,wenn man gerne die Morgensonne im Schlafzimmer genießen möchte Zimmer links neben dem Wohnzimmer wählen.Der Garten ist sehr schön und man kann Anregungen für zu Hause mitnehmen,Conni und Guido sind aufmerksame Gastgeber und haben Zeit für ein Gespräch zwischendurch.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung im OG
Conni und Guido haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen mit Sonnenschein zum Wandern und “Schmuddelwetter” zum Relaxen in einer sehr sauberen, geräumigen Wohnung, die unseren Wünschen total entsprach. Vielen Dank auch für die nette Geste der Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank.
Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf Wald, Wiesen und Hügel, die Morgensonne und auch noch die Abendsonne ist alles was man zur Erholung braucht.
Conni und Guido waren auch immer für ein freundliches Gespräch zu haben. Das, ALLES hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Und Moritz war sowieso der Hammer, so knuffig.
So einen entspannten Urlaub hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Dankeschön.

Unterkunft mit Sucht-Potenzial
Wir verbrachten den dritten Sommer-Urlaub in Folge in dieser Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns von Anfang pudelwohl.
Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es ist alles da, was ein Urlauber-Herz begehrt.
Die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Pool setzt dem Ganzen das Krönchen auf. Auf einer der Sonnenliegen den Ausblick ins Grüne zu genießen, ist Erholung pur.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal für zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Die Wandertouren, die wir unternehmen konnten, waren traumhaft.
Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und geben gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen, wenn man das möchte.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Holiday with dog
We had a wonderful time in the wonderful holiday flat of the Sonnenschein family. There is nothing missing in the flat and you feel completely at home. The Sonnenschein family lives up to its name. A warm, always approachable family. The terrace and the view from the flat are fantastic. And if the weather is bad, you can relax on the huge couch. Our dog MEIER was also very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Thank you, dear Sonnenschein family, for a relaxing time with you.

Flat with feel-good character and great landlords
The holiday flat is tastefully furnished and was in an absolutely clean condition. A MUST in this day and age - there was no feeling of insecurity about the hygiene concept!
The landlords are extremely nice and helpful and do not avoid any question or request :-).
There is a whole shelf of excursion tips for information. Despite several holidays in the area, we were still able to find one or two suggestions. And in personal conversation, the landlord also had tips ready - be it for eating or a great motorbike route.
We will be happy to come back.
