We cordially invite you to spend your holidays in the "heart of the Bavarian Forest" in our first-class, cosy and child-friendly balcony holiday flat. The tasteful and modern furnishings will make your holiday a relaxing experience right from the start.
The flat consists of a:
- cosy kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and cosy dining area for 5 people as well as a living room with decorative wall unit with large LED TV and direct access to the large furnished balcony. Balcony.
2 double bedrooms with extra bed, i.e. 1 x 3-bed room, 1x2-bed room. (on request also cot incl. bedding)
Modern bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bathtub. Separate WC.
Around the house there is a lot of green to play and relax! Relax from the stress of everyday life and enjoy nature. The spacious playground and sunbathing lawn (2200 sqm) with covered outdoor seating and barbecue area and the children's playground approx. 200 m away ensure that young and old guests are never bored.
the children's bikes, trikes, tractors and tricycles as well as 2 large go-karts (up to 17 years) will delight the "little and the big drivers"!
For your leisure activities, we offer billiards, table tennis, table football, fitness equipment, mountain bikes, Nordic walking courses and badminton free of charge. In order to make you feel comfortable all around, we have put a lot of emphasis on furnishing our holiday flat comfortably and tastefully.
Child-friendliness is our top priority:
The large playground and sunbathing lawn (property approx. 2200 sqm) offers plenty of space for children to play and run around. Our own children's playground is equipped with a sandpit, swing, slide and seesaw. Our dwarf rabbits love to be stroked and are very popular with children! Children's equipment (cot, nappy-changing/bath combination, children's high chair, children's toys, children's books) are provided free of charge. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available. The family atmosphere of our house, the comfortable and cosy furnishings of the holiday flat as well as the many leisure activities contribute to a relaxing and varied holiday

Prackenbach" is situated in one of the most beautiful holiday areas in Germany, the "Bavarian Forest Nature Park", in an extensive hiking area. The village has a tennis court, sports field, children's playground, Mulberry Ranch and a fitness centre with sauna and solarium. For your well-being, you are welcome to book a relaxing massage!
Prackenbach is a good starting point for excursions to the highest peaks of the Bavarian Forest (Arber, Rachel, Lusen, Pröller ....) and to the "beauties of the Bavarian Forest National Park" as well as to explore the "Glass Route". The cities of Regensburg and Passau are always worth a visit or perhaps a boat trip to Austria!
The connection to the winter sports centres "St. Englmar, Hoher Bogen, Geißkopf and Arber" offer winter sports enthusiasts at least 20 ski lifts, ski schools, cross-country ski trails, tobogganing, ice skating and winter hiking trails.
The nearby facilities such as summer toboggan runs, go-cart track, biker and leisure park, mini-golf and riding facilities, adventure, open-air and wellness pools, museums, castles and the Haus zur Wildnis (wilderness house) are a particular delight for children and adults.

Comfortable all around
We were and are very satisfied with Haus Kilger and are happy to recommend the accommodation. It is remarkable that the accommodation is constantly maintained. The purchase of NEW furnishings is standard here. They don't just put their own worn-out furniture in the accommodation, but pay attention to high-quality new furnishings. The only drawback is that the nearest restaurant is about 2 km away. However, in view of the accommodation, this is not a problem.

Super vacation rental.
Very clean, well-maintained and very well-equipped holiday apartment. Very nice and friendly landlords, many leisure activities also for children (crafts, foosball, table tennis, go-kart...). We had a very nice vacation.
