Dear guests, we are pleased to inform you that we will be open for you again from 30 May 2020!
All requirements and hygiene concepts are fulfilled by us, because your health is close to our hearts.
So that you can comply with the hygiene, there are disinfectant sprays, liquid soap, washing and dishwashing detergents, as well as a washing and dishwashing machine at your disposal in our domiciles.
Before you move into the accommodation, it will be subjected to a highly efficient check-up by our resident property manager!
- WELCOME TO OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE - The house "Maria" with 70 sqm living space, which was spun off from the original holiday village complex "Schloßberg", was completely renovated in 2009/2010. It has now been renamed "LIVI" and is run in conjunction with Haus Adele. House LIVI is AGAIN completely renovated in October 2016 in the living area, i.e. a state-of-the-art new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as Jura fully automatic coffee machine has been installed, the floors have been renewed, a compl. new colour scheme of the TOTAL living and sleeping areas!** NEWLY UPGRADED WITH A RELAX LED ECKGARNITUR, as well as complete renovation of the sleeping areas incl. new furnishing, as well as flat screen TV and Blue Ray Player in the children's room, January 2018 **
It is situated in a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with a view of the Bavarian mountains
Each holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms with en-suite WC. There is another WC with shower on the ground floor. The comfortable living area is equipped with a Full HD flat LCD 37" and has direct access to the furnished terrace with sunbathing lawn. We also offer WLAN and DSL connection. The couch can be converted into a bed for 2 additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen allows for optimal self-catering. Experience romantic evenings with a cosy open fire. The partly fenced garden is ideal for guests with pets. The houses also have a baby high chair and baby extra bed (request before arrival)
Breakfast or half board can optionally be booked in the restaurant Hotel "Zum Bräu". Bread roll and firewood delivery service is offered on site. For only 20 EUR extra charge we offer you 2x bed linen, 2 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 1 tea towel
Arrival from o'clock - departure until o'clock. Pets are welcome in our house, provided they are of good character and will not be placed on seating, lounging or sleeping furniture. Suitable documentation must be brought along for this purpose. In March 2010 the property was newly fenced and made accessible with a gate from the access road and the living area

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is about 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. The holiday village offers beautiful hiking and cycling trails, children's playgrounds and a football field. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian bowling evening on a typical asphalt bowling alley. The restaurants offer great Bavarian cuisine. Also nearby: Nature and leisure parks, fishing possibilities, canoe/boat rental; bathing lake; horse riding; In the village itself doctor, dentist, hairdresser, grocery shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very central to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with good shopping facilities

From the booking to the nice support on site, everything was top!
You have everything you need. Dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV
The location is great and you can reach many great places in a short time
The hygiene in the house was also impeccable and we spent very nice, relaxing days there
Big praise to the landlords!
You can walk the dog in a minute in a large area and there is a great toboggan run next door for the children.

Natur pur, alles Super!
Das Feriendorf ist in einer super ruhigen Lage, Natur pur. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus war frisch renoviert und sehr gemütlich, die neue Küche war komplett ausgestattet(Spülmachine, Waschmaschine, Microwelle usw). Das I-Tüpfelchen, war der Jura Kaffeevollautomat und der Kaminofen! Alles war sehr freundlich gestaltet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben sich in dem gemütlichen Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt, auch das Elternschlafzimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Je ein WC mit Waschbecken an die Schlafzimmer angeschlossen zu haben war für alle sehr angenehm. Von Anreise bis Abreise war alles, durch den freundlichen Verwaltern Irene und Sepp alles super geplant, zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Sekt! Hier nochmals vielen Dank an Beide. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Super Kurzurlaub. besser geht`s nicht!
Super Kurzurlaub in Haus LIVI, Am Kellerberg 45! Geschmackvoll renoviertes Ferienhaus mit allem versehen was man braucht. Neue Küche mit allen Geräten versehen,die Spitze der Jura Kaffeeautomat! Super nette und kompetente Hausverwalter, sauberes Haus,innen wie außen! Tolle Schlafzimmer vom Outfit, bester Schlafkomfort, gute Matratzen und in beiden Zimmern WC und Waschgelegenheit mit reichlich Ablageflächen. Eingezäunter Garten-überdachte Terrasse wo nach dem Latte eine Zigarette schmeckt. Hundeauslauf im Garten und in wenigen Metern vom Haus im freien Feld.

We, Adele & Gerd, have been married for 39 years, live on the Lower Rhine and love the Bavarian Forest. Here we met Irene & Sepp Heigl who have been looking after our houses since 2010. We have three properties, Haus Adele, Haus Livi and Ferienwohnung Gerda, as we often holiday here together with our children and grandchildren. It is very important to us that you feel as comfortable during your stay as we do. Therefore, we attach great importance to a pleasant living feeling and arrange our holiday home accordingly. Because of this, it is also a non-smoking house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace if you wish. We look forward to your visit! The super location, with the dog you are immediately in free nature, beautiful hiking trails and good excursion possibilities: Prague, Pilsen, Karlsbad, Budweis, Passau, Regensburg Munich Nuremberg, Vienna to name but a few.
