Location and surroundings of object
From the house it is only a few steps to the Baltic Sea and the harbour, take a seat in one of the numerous restaurants and cafés along the beach promenade, which ends in the historic old town, with its dreamy alleys and villas in spa architecture. It is worth visiting the town of Sassnitz, especially the harbour, where fishing boats are moored next to excursion ships that sail to the seaside resorts or along the chalk coast to the Königsstuhl, the landmark of the beautiful island of Rügen. In summer, the popular promenade festival takes place on the promenade, as well as beautiful concerts and events throughout the year.
Sassnitz is located in the north-east of the beautiful island of Rügen, and the harbour town is an ideal starting point for exploring the island. A bicycle and hiking trail to the Jasmund National Park with its impressive beech forests starts only about 500 m from our holiday flat.
Within a radius of 20 kilometres you can reach many famous sights of the island of Rügen, chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl 7 km, Prora 12 km, Binz 14 km, the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek14 km, Granitz Hunting Lodge 23 km.

Super nice holiday flat!
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable right away in this great holiday flat, everything we needed was there. Everything was in a very well-maintained condition. We will book this holiday flat again, simply to recommend!

Top vacation apartment!
Very nice vacation apartment for 2 people, everything is available that you need, very tastefully furnished and of high quality, super clean. The location was great and everything was within walking distance, a good starting point for trips on the island of Rügen, we will gladly come back.

Highly recommended
My girlfriend and I spent a week in this very nice flat and felt completely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is everything you need to spend a relaxing time. The flat is definitely worth a recommendation and we will be very happy to come back. Central location, parking in the underground garage. The surrounding area invites you to beautiful bike tours, boat trips and hikes. The beach is within walking distance and it is only a few minutes' walk to go shopping, drink a cappuccino and to good restaurants.
