Description
Due to its location in the first sea line, the holiday flat Hafenblick offers an unrestricted and dreamlike view of the town harbour of Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea. There is no better way to start the day than with breakfast on this south-facing balcony. The 56 sqm 2-room flat is consistently designed to offer all guests an absolute feel-good ambience.
The living room with open kitchen impresses with two cosy armchairs, a high-quality (bedroom) sofa and a beautiful dining area. Entertainment is provided by a large 55" - flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. An internet radio and a Bose sound touch provide acoustic enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
In the bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. The wardrobe offers enough space. Another highlight is the bathroom. It has just been completely renovated in style and now offers a floor-to-ceiling shower and, of course, brand-name sanitary objects.
By the way: Since our goal is to constantly improve the flat concept, the flat will receive a completely new kitchen in winter 2020/2021.
So you can already look forward to the coming season.
WLAN and underground parking are available free of charge.
For hygienic reasons, bed linen and towels (starter pack) are obligatory to rent. This is organised by the flat service, which also does the final cleaning. The costs for this are included in the booking price.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the first row of the sea, directly above the beautiful harbour of Sassnitz. From here, everything in Sassnitz is within walking distance. It is only a few metres to the harbour, the old town and the shopping facilities. A variety of nice and good restaurants provide for your physical well-being.
Sassnitz is the ideal place to discover Rügen. The famous chalk cliffs with the natural monument Königsstuhl, the baths in Binz and Sellin with their piers as landmarks of Rügen, Hiddensee, Kap can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Sassnitz is also ideal for a cycling or hiking holiday. In nearby Lohme you will find an excellent golf course. You can even go deep-sea fishing from Sassnitz.

Really great holiday flat!
Tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday flat, great location with direct view of the Baltic Sea and the Sassnitz harbour, where there is always something going on... The harbour, old town, shops, restaurants, the chalk coast and the Jasmund National Park are all within easy walking distance. The flat is well equipped. Just move in, feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday...
We spent a cosy long weekend here in late autumn and would love to come back again in summer. Many thanks to Mr Müller for the friendly and uncomplicated organisation.

Top holiday flat in optimal location
The holiday flat Hafenblick is equipped with new kitchen appliances, everything you need for cooking is available. The kitchen and the furnishing of the flat are very well thought out. It is also cosy and of course the view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea! This is pure relaxation! The landlord, Mr Müller, is reliable, always approachable and takes care of your needs.

Everything around perfect
The flat was spotlessly clean, is renewed and tastefully decorated with a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well equipped with enough dishes and cooking utensils so that you can cook and eat very well at home. The location is also excellent: in a few minutes you are at the harbour or directly in the shopping centre.
Otherwise, the communication with the landlord was excellent. Mr Müller was always available, friendly and accommodating. We will gladly return.
