The 3-room flat "Ostseeperle" on the 1st floor with approx. 82 m² living space allows for a luxury holiday at its best in the first row directly on the promenade with direct sea view.
In the approx. 27 m², very comfortably designed living room with dining area, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea in front of the beautiful ethanol fireplace with its cosy flickering fire.
The generously furnished flat with wooden parquet flooring and 2.90 m high rooms has a cosy sofa corner with a large LCD TV in the living area, as well as internet access via W-LAN for free use.
In the living room, the floor-to-ceiling window elements are designed in such a way that they can be opened by 180 degrees. So you can enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, protected from the wind and weather - like sitting in a conservatory.
The two very beautiful, small balconies are also south-facing and open up an unobstructed view over the sea.
The underfloor heating in the entire flat ensures pleasant temperatures in every season.
A harmoniously integrated kitchenette in the living area was generously equipped with brand-name appliances and makes the heart of every hobby cook beat faster.
A storage room is also available.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms each have 1 double bed and enough storage space for your wardrobe. The larger bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and a comfortable bathroom with high-quality sanitary objects, a corner bathtub, a ground-level shower and its own sauna.

Location and surroundings of object
With a unique view to the south over the beach promenade of the harbour town of Sassnitz and far across the Baltic Sea, an exquisite residential complex with 20 flats has been built here directly by the sea on the site of the former "Wiener Café". The Ostseeperle is located on the 1st floor with a wonderful sea view from the south-facing suite. The harbour town of Sassnitz is located in the north-east of the island of Rügen and is ideal for exploring the island. The bicycle and hiking trail to the famous chalk cliffs or to the Jasmund National Park with its impressive beech forests starts only about 400m from the Baltic Sea residence.
