Our bright and spacious 3-room holiday flat is perfect for 2 - 4 pers. plus a small child.
The flat consists of a living room with a dining area for 5 people, the exclusively equipped kitchenette contains, among other things, a coffee machine, a ceramic hob with oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, crockery and glasses are abundantly available.
In the bedroom there is a large box-spring bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe with integrated flat-screen TV (Smart TV)
If you don't want to use the bunk bed, you can sleep very comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room, which can be converted into a double bed with a lying surface of 160×200 cm in just a few steps
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower 140x90
On the large terrace, garden furniture and a beach chair are ready for you to enjoy the good Baltic Sea air and sun on the island of Rügen at any time.
The high-quality furnishings of the flat, plenty of space and short distances to the beach make your holiday a great experience.
You can reach the beach in just 2 - 3 minutes on foot and relax in the sun.
You don't need a car here, because nice restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops and boutiques and also the nostalgic railway "Rasender Roland" are only a few hundred metres away.

Only a few steps away from the wonderful North Beach, the pier, amber promenade and the spa park with playground and Kneipp pool.
Due to the central location in the traffic-calmed Strandstraße corner Nordperdstrasse, you will find sights, supermarket, drugstore, souvenir shops, restaurants, discotheque and much more in the immediate vicinity.
Due to its location on the Mönchgut peninsula, the Baltic resort of Göhren has two fine sandy beaches with a total length of 7 km, which are characterised by their child-friendliness and excellent water quality.
Beach sections specially designated for dogs, on the north beach the exits 10 (beach chair), 17, 18 and 19.
The Baltic seaside resort of Göhren is located in the South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve (Mönchgut). It is situated above the amber promenade along the fine sandy northern beach. Here you can always reach Baabe and Sellin on foot or by bike within sight of the beach
Along the 2nd beach of Göhren, the south beach, you can walk to the southernmost tip of Rügen.

Great holiday flat in Göhren
We can only recommend the flat, tastefully furnished to a high standard, central location, close to the beach. Restaurants, bakery and shopping facilities all within walking distance. We will come again.

Top Ferienwohnung in Göhren
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, hochwertig und modern eingerichtet, große Flachbildfernseher im Wohn und Schlafzimmer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man im Umkreis von 200 m, Entfernung zum Strand ca. 180 m.
Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern, sehr netter Vermieter-Kontakt. Wir haben gerade für 2022 gebucht.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert
Bereits bei der Ankunft stellen wir fest, dass hier die Wohnung nicht ordentlich geputzt worden ist. Im Schlafzimmer befanden sich Haare auf den Matratzen, das Kopfteil des Bettes war verstaubt und anstatt eines versprochenen Boxspringbettes gab es nur ein Polsterbett, was ein erheblicher Unterschied und einen ganz anderen Schlafkomfort ausmacht. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und nur dank unserer eigenen Topper konnten wir etwas Schlaf finden. Im Badezimmer war der Spiegelschrank innen verschmutzt, sowie die obere Duschabtrennung, der Duschkopf nicht wirklich funktionierend und komplett verkalkt. Die Duschtasse gab in einem größeren Bereich nach, so dass hier unserer Meinung nach eine Unfallgefahr besteht: Laut der E-Mail von der Vermittlung o-Ton: „Das Problem mit der Duschtasse ist bekannt und wurde von Frau Krone in Auftrag gegeben, eine Unfallgefahr besteht hier aber sicherlich nicht.“ Im Wohn- und Küchenbereich war sowohl zum Teil die Küchenfront verschmutzt als auch die Rückenlehne eines Stuhles. Die vorhandene Wohnlandschaft wurde bereits länger nicht ordentlich gereinigt, da aus allen Ritzen Sand und Dreck einem entgegenkam. Im Abstellraum fanden wir dann noch den benutzen dreckigen Wischmopp vor, der uns ehrlich gesagt den Rest gegeben hat. Eine erneute Reinigung hätte für uns einen sehr großen Aufwand dargestellt, daher haben wir um eine Entschädigung gebeten, die uns verweigert wurde, da wir keine erneute Reinigung gewünscht haben. Nachdem ebenfalls die Heizung nicht angestellt wurde (Temp. über Tag 15 Grad - nasskalt) sind wir bereits einen Tag früher abgereist! Hier sollte sehr an der Gästezufriedenheit und Sauberkeit im Objekt gearbeitet werden, denn das ging absolut gar nicht!

Strandnahe Ferienwohnung in Göhren
Herzlichen Dank für den reibungslosen Buchungsverlauf und den damit verbundenen Formalitäten. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Bernstein in Göhren sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung konnten wir genießen und hat dazu beigetragen, uns zu erholen und zu entspannen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Göhren
Liebe Frau Krone, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Ihrer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, es war eine richtig schöne Unterkunft, schicke moderne Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhig, super Lage und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

hallo.
Ich bin 72 Jahre alt und war mit meiner Schwester in der besagten Ferienwohnung. Leider kann ich diese nicht weiter empfehlen. Nicht Rentnerfreundlich und auf den ersten Blick sauber-aber nur auf den ersten...Suche mir etwas neues, aber trotzdem danke.

Very nice holiday flat in Göhren on the island of Rügen close to the beach!!!
We spent a very nice week in Göhren on the island of Rügen.
The flat is very lovingly furnished to a high standard and we felt at home straight away.
The spaciousness of the flat was perfect even with 3 children.
Central yet quiet location, beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants - everything is within walking distance.
We would definitely recommend it to others
