Pretty cottage recently renovated, in a quiet rural location with stunning views of the countryside and mountains, located in the town of Inca, in the center of the island. With private pool with protection for smaller features everything you need to enjoy your vacation with complete privacy.
It is built on 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one inside and one outside), and an open kitchen to living room with fireplace. Decorated with a tasteful mix of rustic and modern furnishings and spacious interiors. Surrounding the property and a wonderful garden with various native plants and fruit trees care. It also has 2 porches furnished and a large terrace where you can enjoy the great views, plus a fixed barbecue can prepare delicious dinners al fresco. It is located just 1 kilometer from the village and all amenities and approximately 24 kilometers from the northern beaches of the island, quick and easy freeway access.
