This detached bungalow is found in the wooded holiday park Landgoed Het Grote Zand, 1.5 km from the little village centre of Hooghalen. The lively provincial capital, Assen, is 11 km away.
The bungalow is comfortable and fully furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen including a combination microwave and dishwasher. There's also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet (or one in the bathroom). The first floor has three double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Outside you'll enjoy a garden with terrace and garden furniture. The bungalow has standard parking space for two cars.
Various holiday homes for four to twelve people are available for rent at the Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park.

The beautiful, 35 hectare Het Grote Zand Holiday Park is in the province of Drenthe.
It is in a very convenient position. The park has attractive, new bungalows and is on the edge of a protected nature reserve. It is 500 metres from the village of Hooghalen. You can enjoy day trips, walks and cycle trips in the surrounding countryside. The attractive main building has various facilities including a reception area, a shop, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish Bath and solarium. There is a pleasant 'Brown Café' and a snack bar. You can enjoy an à la carte restaurant in the evenings. The park's recreation team organises a number of activities during the holiday season. Children can enjoy treasure hunts, children's bingo and sports tournaments. The holiday park has plenty of playground equipment. If you enjoy cycling you will love it here. The Hooghalen countryside consists of extensive woods, fields and moor lands. Youll find four nature reserves in the immediate area. These are Het Grote Zand, Het Witte Zand, Het Heuvinger Zand and Het Noorder & Hijkerveld. Tens of kilometres of cycling paths lead you through beautiful Forestry Commission lands.
The Het Grote Zand Holiday Park is in the heart of Drente and is ideally positioned for visiting many places of interest. The city of Assen is less then ten kilometres away. You can enjoy shopping, the Traffic Adventure Park (Verkeerspark) and the Drentse Museum there. The Noorder Zoo in Emmen is nearby and the historic city of Groningen is well worth a visit. This beautiful holiday park is highly recommended for young families, seniors and all who enjoy beautiful scenery. The park's excellent position combined with its many facilities are the perfect combination for an enjoyable holiday.
This unique country estate is in a convenient position in the beautiful province of Drenthe. The estate is surrounded by delightful nature reserves.
A number of holiday home facilities may be booked for a 27,50 preference cost. These facilities are not standard. They include a second parking space by the accommodation, a bath, a combination microwave oven, DVD player, infra-red sauna, internet, stove and dishwasher. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre regarding these options.
From November 6, 2018 through April 1, 2019, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except during school holidays.
For group bookings in the 8 - 12 person accommodations with guests aged up to and including 24 years, we require a deposit of € 300. ID card / passport / driver's license may be requested at check-in.

Many things were also loose.

Beautiful, quiet park, situated on the edge of the heath. Enough space for 8 people in 8E house. Cleaning could be better, but corrected after message at reception.

unfortunately it was not like us in the toegstuurde info was promised, no bath, so disappointed children, no oven, so a bag full off baked rolls over, cottage was very cozy.

the reception was good everything was well explained the accommodation against that was less the red seats were worn and shrink cracks in the toilet and the bathroom upstairs was not completely clean but the cleaning of this was quickly arranged about the environment nothing but praise fantastic

Somewhere in the middle of the year, we are urged to pay the deposit. Now that they had quite a while inside. Arriving at the park. We get a house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have reserved 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We discuss and find two bathrooms also quite nice. But it is strange. Verders we have heard nothing of such Belvilla sorry that it happened but alas. So No advance purchase. So for on Belvilla no more. Furthermore, we have our very entertained and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
